Our group of women friends enjoyed our fall weekend stay at this home. It features a very open concept living area with several seating areas for reading, watching TV and visiting. The bathrooms are large and have unique fixtures with the downstairs bathroom rating an A+ ( many of us are/were teachers) for the steam shower and infinity tub. The beds were very comfortable, as is the furniture throughout the home. The kitchen has high end appliances and is very well stocked. The views or the lake were great and the fireplace appreciated. We regret not having the opportunity to take advantage of the decks, as the weather was definitely cool and rainy. Having the elevator to bring up suitcases, and food items, from the bottom level garage to bottom level of house was helpful, but be prepared to haul your items up another level to get to the living area level and do lots of stair climbing. Steve, the owner, was easy to work with, offered a reasonable rental rate, and answered all emails in a timely manner.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

This home was beyond my expectations, pictures cannot show the true beauty. The owner was very friendly, reasonable, and easy to deal with in terms of making arrangements to stay. The home was clean, beautiful, and unlike any I have really stayed at. Specifically it is set on a hill, and the entire property is built up that hill. The views from the top are magnificent as you can see the lake from one side, and the calm neighborhood from the other. My guests and I had a very relaxing weekend. This home is amazing! I felt like I was in a modern day tree house-----stunning views, open floor plan, unique woodwork and other creative touches throughout the home, modern kitchen and bathrooms fit for a high end spa----this doesn't even begin to describe this place. The total comfort of this home makes for such a nice transition from a memorable day at the private beach just at the end of the road. The amenities include a huge grill, lovely back porch, 2 swings for kids in the back yark, and lofted balcony in the back with the coolest spiral staircase ever. Get ready for some serious relaxation and fun!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

My family and I discovered Long Beach last summer and have vowed to make this our summer retreat for many years to come. The home is gorgeous, the views will take your breath away and the community is just as wonderful. The private beach is just a block away. If you enjoy beautiful lake views, falling asleep to the waves crashing, wonderful family memories and a safe community for you and your family to enjoy year after year....look no further.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.
