Completely renovated (Winter of 2011) 308 Summerhouse features a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new tile flooring throughout the home, the bathrooms have all been updated, bedding has been replaced and most of the furniture pieces were just purchased for your family to enjoy. Wifi high speed internet service, flat screen televisions, iPod friendly clock radios are just few of the extra amenities offered at our Summerhouse.
Further Details: The master bedroom features oceanfront views with a king bed(K) as well as a spacious bath. The guest bedroom feature two twin beds(T)(T) and a lot of extra room for your children to play. There is also a sleeper sofa(SS) for extra guests. Once you walk out on the deck, you will be welcomed with views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the beautiful swimming complex for the use of only guests staying in Summerhouse. Summerhouse is located in Wild Dunes Resort. A private Resort of 1600 acres, Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, 17 Har-Tru tennis courts that is ranked in Tennis Magazine Top 10 Tennis Resorts, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course, which Golf Digest consider among the ?Best in the State?, Island Adventures recreation programs for children and families, and two miles of bike trails.
308 Summerhouse features the Wild Dunes Sportscard, which will allow the guest enjoying this beautiful home to access many of the Wild Dunes Private Club amenities such as the Wild Dunes Tennis Center, Wild Dunes Fitness Center, and the Wild Dunes Lap Pool. Similar to daily green fees to play golf, many of the Wild Dunes Club amenities require a daily fee to access. Thank you so much for an awesome week. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The bed is so comfy....probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in that was not my own. We really enjoyed our stay and will most likely use this property again in 2013 if we decide to visit Isle of Palms/Charleston again. We didn't have any issues while staying in this condo...my husband and I felt very secure and relaxed with no worries. I noticed that one of the showers from the beach to the pool was broken at the end of our day and by the next it had been fixed. The pool was cleaned daily. So this property is definitely taken care of and they want you to enjoy your stay. My family would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, comfortable place to stay. A side note - we've used other rental companies on Isle of Palms..this was our first year using Beachside Vacations and I have to say...we will definitely be using them in the future for all our rentals on Isle of Palms. They were so helpful plus went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Thank you for an awesome vacation!! See ya next year!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
