Mariners Walk is ideally located in Wild Dunes Resort, and features views of the immaculate kept swimming pool adjacent to the home and peaks of the ocean. These gorgeous views can all be enjoyed from the spacious screen porch, a truly unique feature of 6B Mariners Walk. The pool and beach can be simply accessed by walking down a few steps from the screen porch of this beautiful property to the plush lawn that leads you either to the ocean or the swimming complex. Further Details: Once you arrive at the beach, you will find it one of the most desirable stretches of beach in the Resort since it is so wide with rolling dunes topped with sea grass. An offshore sandbar allows the sea in front of Mariners Walk to take to different forms based on the tide. At high tide it is the perfect spot for your children to ride the waves, as they break along the sand bar approaching the shore. At low tide, the sandbar serves as a natural break, making the sea calm and shallow, perfect for younger children to play and hunt for sand dollars. Life is good at the beach in Mariners Walk.
The family that owns this Mariners Walk work tirelessly each winter to be sure their home is in wonderful condition for your families visit. They have recently completely updated their home to feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and 18 inch Roman tile floors in the kitchen.
In addition to the kitchen, the bathrooms have all been renovated, and also feature Roman tile, granite sink tops and 17lbs plush towels. Wood floors highlight the living area that also features a full size sleeper sofa(SS), new light fixtures and ceiling fan. The dining area adjacent to the living area has seating for six. Finally, the king bed(K) in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, and features new bed linens and 280 thread count sheets. The latest in electronics are also featured in this Mariners Walk including flat screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom.
An additional feature that is unique in Mariners Walk is the parking. The primary parking spot for 6B Mariners Walk is just in front of the entry door. With just a few steps to climb, you can be inside, which is perfect for unloading your luggage, groceries and fun beach toys.
