Two bedrooms and bath are on the first floor. Four season porch with bunk beds, one twin, and t.v. area. Full basement with washer/dryer. Back yard overlooks the marsh. Table/chairs for evening relaxation and sunset views of the marsh. gas grill and picnic table. Perfect for one or two families!

We spent the week at this house in July 2012. There were 7 of us, and we had the best time! This house is on a nice dead end street, in perfect walking distance to the ocean beach, shops, and places to eat. We enjoyed everything about the house, and the owner was amazing as well! She answered all of our questions, and was available anytime we asked her for anything. We will definitely come back again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
