Beautiful property with multiple palm trees on quiet circle within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Swim laps in the 20x40 ft swiming pool and relax with a drink or nap under the natural palm lanai. Watch cable tv or eat in the enclosed florida room.
Play pool or throw darts in the game room or enjoy a soak in the inside jacuzzi.
2 car garage and driveway can accomodate multiple vehicles. Some vehicles can park in the cul-de-sac. Master bedroom has king bed and jacuzzi tub and large separate shower. Twin beds and Queen bed in the other two bedrooms will accomodate 4 guests or pull out the queen sleeper in the family room for the kids.
Fully equipped kitchen with BBQ grill and smoker. Pots, pans, utencils, coffeemaker and kitchen and beach towels provided.
Dog door equipped for your well behaved pets.
Shower outside in the private rain shower or jump out of the pool or change in the outdoor bathroom.

My sisters and I took our Mom to Ormond Beach for a girls getaway weekend. And, we couldn't have had more fun! The home is absolutely perfect! Furnished with everything needed, including comfy couches, comfy beds and a wonderful pool and hot tub. Just a few short steps to the beach! Loved all the sidewalks to walk and ride bikes on! Loved the location...just a few short minutes drive to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and within an hour of Orlando. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to vacation in this home again! The owner's were amazing to work with! Highly recommend this gorgeous home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

When our friends ask where we stay when we are in Florida we always tell them "The Traber Resort". It is an oasis in the middle of paradise. Located near Daytona Beach but in a more quiet area, it is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a nice getaway. Everything is as presented and believe me you won't want to leave.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
