We stayed for a week at this lovely property. It was our first time to St. Maarten and we were traveling with a family of 6, including 2 young children and grandparents. The condo is immaculate and exceeded our expectations! It is spacious with 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms, and the view outside the terrace is inspiring! Directly in front of you is the Mediterranean style Marina and around the corner is the ocean view. Porto Cupecoy is centrally located right on the border, literally, of the French and Dutch divide. It is conveniently close to the airport, but not too close. Also close enough to the convenience of the Dutch side should you need large retail, but easy drive to the French side to the lovely beaches and towns like Marigot and Grand Case. Probably 10-15 minute drive to Marigot and 20-30 minute drive to Grand Case. If you have kids, the pool is very kid friendly and the parking is under the building and literally next to the entrance to the building so super convenient. As a large traveling family, we had lots of luggage and strollers/car seats, so it sure made it much easier on us. Also, it was great to have a grocery story on the premises! We spent lots of time on the terrace, the large comfy lounge chairs were perfect for quality time with my daughter. To give a balanced review, the only downside is that housekeeping services had some hiccups but nothing major and Dale and her team at Elite are highly professional and receptive. There aren't a lot of shaded areas at the pool area but it wasn't terribly busy when we were there so again, it wasn't a big deal. Also, there is a lovely cafe downstairs at Porto Cupecoy called Rendezvous Lounge. It is perfect for your morning coffee/croissants and the baked goods there are delicious but even for a New Yorker, the prices for those little treats were sticker shocking! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property. The highlight of our trip was certainly spending quality time at this beautiful condo at Porto Cupecoy, as well as delicious eats in Grand Case (L'Auberge Gourmande and Le Tastevin for French and Talk of the Town for good lolo cheap eats!) and the beach at Le Galion. Enjoy!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at this property was the best we have stayed in St. Maarten. The property was clean and beds were so comfortable, it felt like home. Views were incredible, and the balcony was the best. We would highly recommend this property, restaurants and groceries on site and the property itself is situated in a convenient area. The pictures reflect the beauty and comfort and the managment team was great. Looking forward to staying here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
