Look no further, enjoy a beautiful, newly decorated oceanfront condo just minutes from Barefoot Landing. This is the most desirable place to be in Myrtle Beach. 2004 is the first year this condo has ever been rented. This condo is second to none and once you stay in it you will return year after year.
The complex is called Windy Shores II and is across from Barefoot Landing where you can shop, dine or go to the House of Blues or the Alabama Theater. The Grand Prix is also across the street. The Grand Prix is always a favorite for the kids.
This condo is exceptionally large with 1500 square feet. The condo has a private balcony from the living room and master bedroom overlooking the ocean. The ocean is steps from your door. The condo is located on the first floor. There is new furniture throughout the condo and Berber carpet in living area. There are two double beds in two bedrooms and 1 king bed in the master bedroom. This condo has been the owners personal condo and has had only one owner since the complex was built. It is in emmaculate condition. We also own a two bedroom condo in same complex, enjoy a family reunion and rent both for the week.
Outside of condo in the prime season of summer enjoy jet ski, banana boat and bike rentals. They also have parasailing, and sailboats.

Great beach experience

I enjoyed my stay in Windy Shores very much. Geat atmosphere, right on ocean. Not very far from Barefoot, or any of the "good" eating establishment, IE Hamburger Joes. I have recommended this condo to all my friends. Not a bad day at all during my stay. Owners were very helpful with any concerns and took care of problem very quickly, just a number of towels issue, but was taken care of same day. I really like this location, it was quiet compared to some other condo's I have used. I suggest to anyone to think very hard before giving this condo up if you have the chance to get it.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

The Building is great and small enough to be able to use the pool. The beach isnt crowded like other locvations I have renten in the past. Definately my favorite place to stay. Customer for life.

We have stayed in unit 103 at Windy Shores II a total of 3 times in the last 3 years, We love the location of this condo, quiet, plenty of room for 8-10 people and not matter what time of year we have visited, the beach is never over crouded. The unit is nice and so close to the beach, it is perfect if you have small children. Awsome view from the balcony. Very close to attractions. Parking is very tight but there is a nice over flow parking lot 1/2 a block away and very easy walk.
