This elegant home is the perfect beach getaway for discerning guests; it has 3 bedroom/bathroom suites, plus an additional half bath and additional sleeping areas, making this a comfy retreat for up to 12 beachgoers. The home is a newer construction, with all living spaces elevated to give a gorgeous view of the Pacific. The back deck stretches the entire length of the house and boasts a gas BBQ, plenty of seating, and a hot tub, all looking out over the ocean. Additional amenities include a gourmet kitchen, a media room with a large flatscreen TV and surround sound, two sleeper sofas (one in the media room, one in the living room looking out to the ocean), and free WiFi. This beautiful home also boasts a gas fireplace to warm you while enjoying a sunset, or watching a storm rolling in off the ocean, or being amazed by a starry night over the beach. There's a stereo system with ipod dock and ihomes in each bedroom, a DVD collection, and games for quiet nights or rainy days. There's plenty of roadside parking for those pulling a trailer or boat, there's room to park RVs, and there's plenty of regular parking, too. Set back far off the ocean side of Hwy. 101, this home has a large grassy front lawn, and a lovely path from the back of the home straight to a beautiful, private, sandy beach.
