Centrally located 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in brand new, state of the art building. Accessible elevator from garage parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath. The second bedroom sleep 3 children with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is heated with radiant heat in the floors. The fireplace is a beautiful dry stack slate with gas logs. There is bluray, dvd/cd with surround sound, an ipod connection, high speed DSL and free long distance. Stainless steel Bosch appliances in the fullu equipped kitchen. All bathrooms are porcelain tiled with radiant heat. One bathroom has a jetted spa tub. This is 1 of the closest condos to all of the amenities in Bear Valley Village. Just minutes to the Bear Valley Lodge where the bar/restaurants, general store and sports shop is located. It is equal distance to the snowmobile and cross country centers where you can rent snowmobiles or rent snowshoes, sleds/tubes or cross country skis. Catch the free shuttle to the slopes at the shuttle stop across from the BV Lodge!
