  Nick's Nook was fabulous! Perfect accommodations for visiting Zion, Bryce and the North Rim. The house has everything you need and more. It is nicely furnished and very clean. Would definitely come back. Thank You.

  We have a wonderful experience at Kanab. Nick's Nook helped to make the perfect family vacation. The property is clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent because is close to lots of national and state parks. If I ever come back to this area I will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Nick and Ken

  We loved this comfortable home in Kanab, which served as a centrally-located base for exploring Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell and the North Rim. The price was a bargain, the kitchen a gem, the two downstairs bedrooms both well appointed (we didn't use the third upstairs, because there was a heatwave and the A/C didn't reach up there) and the living room spacious and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned with our having a great vacation and an enjoyable experience. We'd love to stay there again.

  My family (husband and me - plus two older teens) spent a week in Kanab at this property. The home is very clean and well maintained - lots of closet and drawer space available in each of the three bedrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable and it was wonderful to put each teen in their own room for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking utensils. The owners are extremely nice and communicate by email or telephone very quickly if you have any concerns. They even left us chocolates and coffee to welcome us to their home! We used the home as a base to see Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Lake Powell. Kanab is by itself charming - there were many interesting stores and restaurants. We enjoyed Escobars for Mexican cuisine and had a fun evening at Denny's Wigwam Restaurant (no connection to the national Denny's chain...) with great barbeque and even a live country western singer. We also visited the "Best Friends" animal sanctuary - it is really a great place, I had never heard of it before going to Kanab. There are beautiful red cliffs visible from the front window in the living room - my husband loved running in the morning up Squaw trail to the top of the cliff. There is also a great park near the home with tennis courts. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend!

  Our stay was wonderful! It was the perfect location for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. We visited the animal sanctuary and sites throughout the town. It was a great place for families and we enjoyed the books and games. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and others (and stay again if in the area).

  We'd highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a homebase for their visits to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion, or Bryce National Parks. It's located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks off of the main street of Kanab. There's plenty of elbow room for a whole family. Beds are of good quality and there are plenty of linens. Just as importantly, Kent is very timely with email communications and the info he provides is "right on." Kanab is one of the only towns in this part of Utah to have a decent grocery store (actually has 2) if you want to eat some meals "at home." Again, highly recommended. :-)

  The house was charming, very clean and had more dishes and nice cookware than I've found in many places over 10 years of using VRBO. It was spacious for 4 people. The beds were quite comfortable and the sheets, towels and pillows were all very nice (I've stayed in much fancier VRBO homes that had terrible linens.) Owners were very prompt with communication and easy to work with. We were only in for a long weekend, but it would be a wonderful place for a much longer stay, to enjoy the backyard birds, walking to town, and sitting on the front porch with a beverage and one of the many great books on the bookshelf. It was very early in the season, but the neighborhood was quiet. Easy drive to Zion and just a bit farther to the Grand Canyon North Rim. The house was so lovely, we wished we had more time to spend there but there are so many things to see in the area! The coffee, hiking goods, books and people at Willow Canyon Outdoor were fabulous and the ice cream at The Three Bears isn't for the faint of heart (nor those on a diet).

  My family had a wonderful stay at Nick's Nook in Kanab. Home was was much nicer than the VRBO photos show. Everything was exceptionally neat and clean, very comfortable, and had all the conveniences. Kent was very cordial went out of his way to make things nice for us. It was a perfect base for our visits to Zion, Bryce, and the North rim of the Grand Canyon. Kanab itself was an unexpected pleasure. I highly recommend Nick's Nook.
