Our newly-furnished, year round, lakefront home is 2550 square feet, with three levels overlooking the clean, clear waters of Big Spirit Lake. Enjoy the awesome sunsets from the east side of Big Spirit Lake (Orleans). The lower, walk-out level includes a fantastic screened porch, large kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, den/fourth bedroom with queen-size convertible bed, full bathroom, and laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.
The second level has three bedrooms and a large full bath. The lakeside master bedroom has a walk-out patio/deck overlooking the lakefront. The third floor penthouse is a fantastic family room getaway /5th bedroom, overlooking the lakeside patio. It features a wood-burning fireplace, a four-person sauna, a full-size bed, and a full bathroom.
Our home sleeps seven to twelve people comfortably. Maximum occupancy is 12 people. A two car garage is available for parking. No smoking and no pets. A large lakeside patio is perfect for entertaining or relaxing and overlooks a private dock & covered boat hoist.
OUR RENTAL PERIODS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY.
