Our family had a wonderful time in your condo. The entire process booking online and checking in was very easy and everyone was very helpfull. We got a great deal which is very appreciated. When we got to the complex there was a covered entry to lobby for unloading luggage to elevators. We registered vehicle and purchased parking pass. The condo was very clean and had an absolutely amazing view!! This property has tons of amenities and a tropical pool area that is the nicest I've ever seen. Everything we wanted to do was so close by. We had the best trip and plan on coming back to this unit next time. Thanks again!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

When we arrived to pick up our packet of information, I was informed that I had to pay a $20 parking fee at the condo. I presented the email I received from the agency saying, "At check-in, you will received the keys, parking pass, and a copy of rules and policies." There was disagreement, but eventually the parking pass was given. When we arrived at the condo, it was spotless--kudos to the cleaning service!! On the second day of our stay, we were in the living room watching tv when to our SURPRISE the adjoining door to the condo beside us opened!!! I was frightened because we had spent 2 nights there with this door unlocked. We contacted the attendant at the condo and a note was made to tell the owner of the condo about this. I called the agency we rented from to report this serious incident, their reaction was very nonchalant. We locked our condo and went out to lunch trying to decide what we should do. When we came back, the door to our condo was unlocked and opened. A man was inside putting a lock on our side of the adjoining door. We were thankful, but surpised again because the rental agency did not contact us saying he would be coming. We completed our stay there, leaving the condo in excellent condition. A week passed and there was no sign of my deposit. After 10 days I emailed about our deposit to learn that it had just that morning been put in the mail. I will not being using this rental agency for future stays.Owner response: We appreciate helpful criticism from our guests to always improve our business. The parking passes for this complex are purchased in the office of this complex and of the many guests that go to Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club we have had only this issue with that policy. To all future guests, the parking passes are $20 at the complex and not included in the rental. When we were made aware of the open door, our maintenance man was dispatched right away to take care of this matter. The door was behind an entertainment center and was opened by a small child next door playing around. Deposits are mailed out within 2 weeks during the busy season and are required by law to be returned within 30 days. Our speedy return policy for deposits is another area where we are almost always praised. Our company works hard to please every guests and is proud to have a 99.99% satisfaction rating. We now manage 6 units in this complex with great success for our owners and travelers. Please see the great reviews on our other properties.

We've stayed in many condos, but this condo was a little smaller, but perfect for our vacationing group. It was quaint, with older decor, but that's okay. It was clean, had everything we needed and felt very safe. Great access to pool, walk way to private beach area. Great for beach lovers and girlfriends get-away. Quieter end of the beach for R&RRecommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
