My wife and step daughter stayed at the browning’s condo and had a great time. The condo is centrally located to all the spots on the island. There are three restaurants within walking distance of the condo Iggy’s, Lobster Grill and Mins. We tried all three and were quite pleased. The condo itself met are needs. I would say that it needs a few upgrades to the screens and the bathroom. But overall it was clean and confortable for our family. The pool was right outside our unit, which we used every day. Never very crowded. The Browning’s were very attentive to our needs and were quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. In order to truly enjoy the island, rent a car. I adjusted pretty easily to driving the narrow, winding roads of St Thomas. The first time driving on the left side of the road. Just remember to keep your left shoulder to the left side of the road and you will be fine. Every day we would visit a different beach. The beach at Bolongo is rocky and not a lot of sand. Bring your aqua socks if you go into the water. We took a tour of St Johns and it was the highlight of the trip. Great snorkeling at Trunk Bay. For a family laid back vacation, the Browning’s condo will meet your needs. Bring bug spray as the sand fleas and mosquitoes are really bad.

We had a wonderful trip to the island of St. Thomas. The location is the best thing about this unit. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything you might need for your stay including beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler for the beach trips, beach chairs and more. We enjoy snorkeling out our front door, pool and resturants too. Only thing we miss was sunsets but had beautiful sunrises to view from our balcony. Taxi into Red Hook for a little nightlife if you want a change of pace. A car is a must to see everyting. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect Vacation!

What a great place! Condo was clean, well appointed and in a perfect location. Five of us spent 2 glorious weeks here and never felt crowded. Prepared many fine meals right in the comfort of our condo's kitchen. We were a bit disappointed with Mim's, definitely let down at Lobster Grille but delighted with Iggies! Also found great food and drinks at Magen's Bay had a blast being entertained by The Fiddler at Latitude 18. The highlight of our stay was 2 days spent on the Browning's boat, Rock On! And Rock we did! Day one was spent with Scot and Leah and day 2 with Scot and Rickey. Both days were an absolute blast and we were treated like royalty by some of the most down to earth and fun people you can imagine! We feel like we've known them forever and will be returning to this piece of paradise. If you want to relax or party down, this is the place to be! Can't say enough good about our experience or all the new friends we made...can't wait to return!

A great week at Scott and Leah's Watergate Villa

We found Scott and Leah's 2 bdr condo (Lanai level) to be a wonderful place to spend a week on St. Thomas, very convenient, and right on the beach. Everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable. The pool was right out front, and the view was heavenly. The 3 restaurants right adjacent to the condo were a real plus. The beds were quite comfy, and it was nice having high speed internet. It was very enjoyable vacation!
