We loved the location in the Maravilla complex and being on the top floor was perfect!!!! The view was also great, just like the picture that is posted. The condo was just great!!!!! Thanks !!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: My family and I love to spend time on the beach. Although I have traveled all over the world, I have not found a beach as beautiful as the ones found on the gulf coast of Florida. During the Queen of Spain's visit in 2009, she referred to the sand on the beach as 'Magic Sugar'. We agree. It is amazing! My wife and I enjoy evening walks along the shore and our children like boogie-boarding all day long. Most of all, we enjoy spending quality time together as a family.
Why the Owner Chose Maravilla:
We chose Destin because it is a very attractive city. It is clean and has plenty to offer. There is fantastic shopping, world- class fishing and golf, many festivals throughout the year and (most importantly) the world's most beautiful sugar white sand and emerald green waters. It is truly a best kept secret!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our unit is on the top floor... meaning, the 4th floor. You can choose to take the stairs or the elevator. One thing for sure is that you don't have to wait forever for an elevator. Maravilla has private beach access, tennis courts, pools etc. Also, along Scenic Gulf Drive, there is a bike/walking path and well-lit crosswalk to the beach. The community is gated and safe.
