  WOW!! This condo not only has the MOST amazing views of the ocean and conveniently located, it is a delightful space on its own!! entire unit is completely renovated including kitchen,2 bathrooms with granite and tile, hardwood floors, in house washer/dryer - beautifully decorated! Three flatscreens (one in living area + 1 in each bedroom) ALL with DVD players! Double wide patio with amazingly comfortable rattan furnishings (couch and lounge chairs) plus table/chairs for patio dining. Place is in pristine condition and well kept, plenty of towels (for bath and beach) and comfy king beds in each of the two bedrooms. Four of us stayed for a week - girls vacation!! Great location, snorkling beaches, shopping (whalers village) and the Ritz for spa day. We are already planning for next year and cannot wait to return! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you

  Absolutely loved the whole long weekend! Came for a girls weekend and found the condo to be the perfect place for us all. Beach from all angles, wonderful breezes, sunsets... lovely kitchen with clean new bathrooms. Washer and Dryer which is nice.... all is here for you. FLat screen TV's in each room and beach backrests, towels, boogie boards. Restaurants in the area for dining in or delivery.

  My husband and I plus another couple had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The lanai is unbelievable!!! Such an amazing view.....incredible sunsets and sea turtles swimming directly below the condo. The location was ideal. Only about ten minutes from two of the premier snorkel sites on the island.....Black Rock and Honolu Bay.....plus easy walking distance to both restaurants and convenience stores. The trade winds were wonderful keeping the condo breezy and cool. We can't wait to make a return trip next year!!! Highly recommend this condo for couples or families. Great swimming pool and very clean bar-b-ques. We can't wait to make a return trip next year!!!

  We stayed in this unit last year, and i was hoping it would still be in great condition- and it was. It is very clean and extremely well stocked from shampoo and conditioner to kitchen items, etc. From the coffee maker (top of the line) to the Magic Bullet mixer (I now want one), the condo has everything. LOL, I saw in a review someone complained about not enough paper towels. There were 12 rolls of paper towels in the closet when we arrived. I was amused. Having a washer and dryer IN THE UNIT is a huge plus. Don't undervalue this fact! A/C? You don't need it. The trade winds come right through. I am a huge heat wimp, and did not miss my home A/C at all. Kahana is mid-point between the two best snorkel spots: Black Rock and Honalua Bay, just past the other famous spot of Slaugherhouse. We love snorkeling around the sea turtles. They are a big reason why we go to Maui (vs. big island). We saw more sea turtles this time IN FRONT OF THE CONDO than any other place on the entire island. Each day there were 3-4 turtles there feeding in the am and pm. You could see them from the lanai or go down and hang with them. I'm not saying they are always there, but they sure were for us! We much prefer this area (Kahana) to Kaanapali. It is just more sane, and everying costs half the price. For local restaurants, one of our favs is Cool Cat in nearby La Heina. Yum. And I love the Maui Brewing Company- a half block walk from the condo. LOL, their coconut porter is now my fav beer. And don't go to the McDonalds (1/2 block) for your morning java. A couple of doors from the Maui Brewing Co is a very homey, independent coffee house. Boss Frogs, less than a 1/2 block walk, is excellent to rent your snorkel stuff. Good deals. Be sure to buy local fish or meat in the market and use the barbeques by the pool. They are cleaned every day and the grills were spotless each time we went to use them. I don't know about other condos, but you can't go wrong with this one. The pictures are totally accurate and up to date. Enjoy! I will book back here again next year without a doubt.

  My wife and I and our two teenage kids stayed at the condo during the last week of June 2012; this was our first trip to Hawaii and we had a great time. The place was adorned and furnished very nicely inside and on the lanai. The views of the ocean, Lanai, and Molokai were great. It was nice sleeping with the windows (sliding doors) open and listening to the sound of the waves; two things we can't get here in the Phoenix area. One of our goals was to see green sea turtles, and we were not disappointed. From the condo lanai, we saw turtles swimming along the beach. We also walked from the condo south along the beach to the end of the sandy beach and beginning of a rocky area (Pohaku Park), and saw numerous green sea turtles grazing on the algae on the rocks. The snorkeling all along the west coast from Honolua Bay to Kahekili Beach in kaanapali was awesome. The jungles and waterfalls on the road to Hana; also awesome. The only negative, and minor at that, was that when we firts arrived at the condo, there wasn't any hand soap in either bathroom; there was an empty dispenser in one bathroom, but no dispenser in the other bathrrom. There also weren't any paper towels, and there as only one kitchen trash bag. We stopped by the grocery store the second day to buy some food and ended up purchasing the needed items (I expect we could have got the supplies from the property manager, but since we were at the store anyway...). All in all, we really liked the place, and we would definitely return.

  Our stay at Jeanne's condo was so relaxing. We had everything we would possibly need for a fabulous vacation including beach chairs and boogie boards. The unit is very nicely remodeled with a gorgeous kitchen, two master bedrooms, beautiful furnishings and best of all was the lanai. The outdoor furniture is so comfortable. We never ate a meal inside. There were cds of our era that were played constantly because who wants to stay in and watch tv with that view? We love the Kahana area because it's very much like a neighborhood instead of a huge resort environment. We love being right on the ocean and close to many beaches. Napili Bay was a great time if you like boogie boarding, body surfing and just plain watching the entertainment. Very family oriented. A Hawaiian monk seal (the are endangered) had beached itself and spent the day sunning and relaxing while being roped off from the beachgoers. We saw lots of green sea turtles eating on the reefs. The restaurants in the area are great. Duke's Beach House is awesome (make reservations!), Maui Brewing Co. is just a short walk away. Great food and great beer. Lahaina isn't far for lots of shopping and eating/drinking. Fun for all ages. Eating out is expensive on Maui so we really appreciated the beautiful kitchen and bbq by the pool for cooking most of our dinners. Mama's Fish House is a must for a very exquisite meal. It has a very old Hawaiian feel. Expensive and about an hour away, but so worth it. Make a reservation before you leave for the island. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future.   We had a very nice stay at this property. It was very clean and well supplied with all the necessary things to cook with and play in the water with. We were able to see turtles on the beach just outside our lanai and the whales were fabulous to watch. We loved having the outdoor furniture to read, relax, and have our morning coffee in. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If you want quiet and relaxing, this is the place. You're only minutes away from the shopping and snorkeling.

  This condo unit was more than we could ask for. Newly renovated, very clean, well equiped, and the view! It was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Jeanne was so easy to work with, and contacted us as soon as we got home regarding our deposit. The 2 bedrooms, 2 baths made for privacy for each couple, but most of our time was spent out on the lanai. If you go during the winter months there is no shortage of whales and turtles right in front the the resort. We even saw an Hawaiian Seal one morning. There's a small beach, or you can travel 10 mins. to Kapalua Bay for snorkeling and sunbathing. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future. Thanks, Jeanne, for the use of your condo.   We rented this condo for a trip with friends of ours so we both could celebrate our 25th wedding anniversaries and it truly made it a trip of a lifetime! We just hope we can come back for future anniversaries! The condo was clean and perfect condition. Things were exactly as represented if not better! The view was fantastic, the beach wonderful, the whole condo was first class and the lanai was the best one on the beach! We used the barbeque down by the pool most every evening and enjoyed eating on the lanai overlooking the ocean! We could have packed 1/2 as many clothes as we used the washer/dryer several times and even went home with hardly any laundry to do! We stayed with another couple and found both of the bedrooms to be quite and private with each using their own bath. The location of this condo was perfect for getting to other places we visited on Maui. We walked to the farmers market several times and took advantage of the fresh produce to eat and cook. Jeanne was very helpful through the whole process and stay. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo we really appreciated it and would recommend it to anyone.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay here. This trip was to celebrate my wife, Joanne's, birthday. We've been to Maui and the islands 14 times but it was Lynne's first trip ever. It was great to enjoy the island with her perspective as a first-timer. The condo is as modern and beautiful as the pictures depict. The condo exceeded our expectations. Each bedroom is private and comfortable. The oceanfront bedroom is wonderful with the sounds of the waves below. The lanai was our favorite spot for breakfast and a sunset drink or just lounging; it has great furniture and a spectacular view: whales in the distance and turtles close to shore. The gear (chairs, boogie boards, mats) from the garage locker was nice to have for jaunts to other beaches. Don't expect expansive resort-like grounds but the pool and lawn areas (even the underground parking garage) are attractive, clean and well maintained. The beach is small but great for walking since it extends well beyond the property to the south. The tradewinds did a good job of keeping the condo cool; although the ladies said they could have used air conditioning when showering or putting on makeup. Sleeping was comfortable with the patio doors opened and the sounds of the ocean below. Jeanne was very accomodating to our travel needs. We thank her for her hospitality and assistance. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

  We stayed here in December 2011 and enjoyed ourselves so much. We spent a lot of time on the large lanai & having an oceanfront condo was so great! The condo and amenities are exactly as described & photographed. It was well equipped and comfortable and we really liked the upscale decor. It was an easy walk to some stores & restaurants and a short drive South to Kaanapali or North to Kapalua. Jeanne was easy to work with to book the condo & answered our questions, and refunded our security deposit promptly after our vacation. In short, we had a great time, the condo was wonderful, and we would definitely rent it again!

  We stayed here for 1 week in November 2011. This condo is even better than the pictures! Jeanne, the owner, is a wonderful host who is quick to communicate and very accomodating and helpful. The renovations in this condo are fantastic and the pictures don't lie. The lanai sits right over the water and the views are amazing - we spent alot of our vacation just sitting on the lanai enjoying the views and the cool trade winds. The first day we arrived there was a large green turtle sitting on the beach right under our lanai! As others have noted, you don't need air conditioning. Just open the windows for cool breezes. We found the 2 king size beds comfortable and TVs in every room is also a nice touch. The washer and dryer was also very much appreciated. The beach chairs and toys are top of the line. We loved our stay here and would definately recommend! I am rating it as a 4 star since the WiFi signal is weak but we found if you sit out on the lanai it works fine (there is no WiFi in the condo itself, just free WiFi throughout the two buildings which, as I said, works fine if you sit in the right spot).

  We stayed in this unit for the first two weeks of August. I have nothing but praise for this condo. It is even nicer “in person” than in the photos. We were slightly concerned there was no air conditioning because I run a/c all the time. I am a heat wimp. There are ceiling fans over each bed & in the living room. A/C turned out to be a non-issue. The trade winds come through and keep it delightful. We did not miss air conditioning at all- and this was August! DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the miracle of having the washer and dryer in the unit. This was incredibly convenient!!!!!!!! My conclusion: WHY ever rent a beach condo that does not have a washer and dryer directly in the unit??????? And talk about a fully equipped kitchen! Naturally, I was not surprised me to see a coffee pot, but I was not necessarily expecting a top of the line Mr. Coffee. Sure, there was a blender, but also a “Magic Bullet”. I have seen them on tv chopping, dicing, etc. Very cool. We forgot to buy olive oil at the market, but there was, of course, a good quality oil in the kitchen- along with everything else we could possibly need. There are two complete dish sets- a regular use and a really nice set. There are not just a bunch of beach chairs- they are Tommy Bahama beach chairs- top of the line. Even boogie boards for the kids. A large size flat screen tv is in each bedroom and the living room- each one had a dvd player. There are about 10 dvds of a good, general selection, but you can rent more at the convenient mart just ½ block away. If you go to Maui Brewing Co (also a 1/2 block away), try the Coconut Porter. Then you can walk home! We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony. It is really large, beautiful furniture, and a view to drool for…. We could see sea turtles from the balcony. Pool heated to the perfect temp. Very nice pool area. Very clean. Nice BBQ area. I would recommend this unit to anyone. This unit is perfect. And we will be back next year!!

  We spent two weeks at this condo and had such a wonderful time. The condo is everything and more than we expected. Beautifully decorated, complete kitchen, wonderful breezes (no need for air conditioning) and a washer and dryer right in the unit!!! The lanai is HUGE. There are sliding doors out to the lanai from both the master bedroom and the living room. We could even watch the sunset from our bed. We spent the evenings on the lanai just enjoying the view and relaxing. Also, had all our breakfasts out on the lanai. It was the perfect vacation. A wonderful condo to relax in and so much do to in the area. We went snorkling also every day at Black Rock and always saw sea turtles. There are nearby eateries, convenience stores, etc. Can't wait to go back! We're already planning our next two weeks next summer!!!!

  Book your vacation here and you will not be disappointed! This condo is beautifully renovated and the view is absolutely amazing! We have 2 teenagers - a son and daughter, so the twin beds and their own bathroom was perfect and minimized the arguments. This condo is very spacious inside but you will spend all your time on the lanai - really, you will! The furniture out there is very comfortable - and did I mention that view! Jeanne was very easy to communicate with and helpful in suggesting places to snorkel, buy groceries, etc. She did an amazing job renovating and the sheets and towels are very luxurious, there was even bathrobes hanging in the closet! The kitchen is amazing, even an instant hot water tap. Having laundry in the unit proved handy as well. The property itself is spotless and meticulously maintained. We were always up early and watched the pool and grills being cleaned every day. It seemed like we were the only ones using them at times even though we saw quite a few people in the complex. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, my kids jogged every morning on their own with no issues (we checked out the gym 2 doors over but it was a bit pricey for 4 people to use for 10 days but there is a huge hill to walk/run up and down across the road from McDonald's). Having all the extras like the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels is a bonus too. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.Thanks Jeanne for an amazing vacation!

  My wife and I were a little skeptical about staying in a condo without A/C which is apparently the norm with ocean front units...the cross breeze that flowed through the unit was perfect, not once did the thought of not having A/C come up...it was very comfortable. The unit was recently remodeled from the floor up and was obviously done with taste...wood floors, granite throughout, flat panel televisions etc., it is exactly as the pictures show. We specially appreciated the option of having two twin beds in the second bedroom since we brought our two teenage girls, with their own bedroom, bathroom and vanity area, they had all the room they could ask for. The unit had all the amenities we needed and them some...up to date appliances, utensils, cookware and DVD players in each room. The location in my opinion was perfectly situated, close to the main beaches, restaurants and the wonderful shops and restaurants of Lahaina. The sunset view from the lanai was spectacular...we got some awesome pictures. "The Gazebo" for breakfast which is just north of the condo is a must, there is a short wait but well worth it. I have to say my favorite time of the day was early in the morning sitting on the lanai with my laptop and cup of coffee, listening to the waves break and sending out my daily emails was just the perfect way to start the day...HEAVEN on earth! Jeanne was prompt and extremely courteous...she just felt like a person we could trust. When the trip was over and we returned home Jeanne contacted us to make sure that we were pleased with our stay and to inform us that our deposit would be mailed out promptly...we asked her to keep it and apply it toward our next stay, because we are going back!
