Fantastic Stay!

Our stay was fantastic! We had four generations in one location and enjoyed the space, game tables and setting. The house was very clean and welcoming for our visit. It did not matter that it rained because there was so much space and things there to entertain the children--game tables, tv, dvds---that it never was boring. We will certainly be booking this place again.

We also have a smaller cabin on Drowning Creek and we have used Clay's home for our two family reunions for the last few years. We have great memories of our 42 years at Grand Lake, and Clay's cabin is helping create even more great memories with a whole new generation ! Everything is there that you could POSSIBLY need ! Debbie had the place spotless for us and was available for any questions we might have. We had a great time. We are planning making our trip annual. Thanks for everything ! Your new friends from Wichita, Kansas.

We had 18 people ranging from 3 to 67 and the house fit all of us comfortably. The game room and bunk beds downstairs were perfect for kids. The house was clean and exactly as described and the view of Grand Lake was straight off a postcard. The docks easily accomadated our two boats and the kids had a blast on the swim dock. We're definitely renting this house again.

Very Relaxing, & the view was great. The downhill walk to the lake was a little steep but other than that it was all good. :) This is the 1st time we have ever rented a house like this and plan to do so again in the future. Us and our family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

We had 13 family members for our annual lake trip. We have been to Grand Lake before, but first time to rent this home. The view from the top deck was amazing. My husband was ready to retire here!! The water was as smooth as glass and so perfect for skiing, swimming and paddleboating! We want to come back next year.

Great place to stay. Had a great weekend. Weather was a little rainy, but still had a great time. Really close to the shore so if you have boats or sea doos it's not a hassle to deal with them.

We stayed at the Lakefront house on the week before Thanksgiving. The house fit our family to a tee. There were 12 of us and there was room for the 6 children and myself downstairs and 3 bedrooms for the parents upstairs. The kids made use of the play room quite a bit and they were not heard upstairs, which was really nice. We also enjoyed the lovely porches and the grill. The home was comfortable and made us all feel right at home. A wonderful place to share and enjoy a vacation.

We had a total of 22 people, 12 adults and 10 children ranging from ages 2-75. Plenty to do for everyone and all left with memories of a great weekend. We all packed way too much as the house was well stocked. Cabinets are stocked with dishes from casual to candlelight. All you need is clothes and food.( there were all kinds of seasonings, condiments and misc in the cabinets) We all had fun on the paddle boat and had ongoing ping pong and foosball tournaments. We brought cards but had too much to do and never used them. Plenty accomodations for all to sleep and hang out. For those that rose early, the sunrise was magnificent. We would recommend to all our friends, and as Arnold says " I'll be back"! PS. Clay is the man!

Our family tries to get together every summer since we are spread out accross the country. This lake house made it possible us to not only meet but for us to stay under one roof. Everything we needed was there. We had a great time. The weather was quite warm but the water was great. Kids had a fun time fishing off the dock and were very excited when they caught one. it was very relaxing and enjoyable. we would live to rent this place for our next get together.
