  We had such a great time. Very Clean and owners were very helpful in recommending things to do. Everything you could ask for to cook with (barbeque-cookin crab, of course you have to be smarter than they are). If you want a relaxing non stressful vacation, this is the place. Would recommend to friends or family. Photos of the place are very true to life. I enjoyed looking at them and thinking about the fun we had. There were places not to far if you wnat to dine out, but I enjoyed doing my own cooking. We didn't want to leave and look forward to coming back.

  We have stayed many times at your darling beach homes and we have never been disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation (inspite of the monster mosquitos). Walks on the beach, fishing, bird watching and swimming were great family activities. The house is perfect, clean, roomy and nicely furnished. We could not ask for more. Thank you for providing such great places to de-stress and enjoy life and family.

  This place was very clean private and very relaxing. The pictures are true, except the upstairs is more roomy than it looks in the photos. There are actually 2 separated sleeping areas upstairs with a nice half bath. The downstairs was comfortable and clean. Nice big deck to enjoy the water and sunrises. We all really enjoyed our girls weekend and will surely be back! The view from the deck is nice as us the breeze bring you binoculars or telescope for fun viewing of the ship Chanel, birding or boats in the water. We had such a great time! Thank you both!

  I am a little leary of writing a review as I would love to keep Quintana to ourselves. If you are looking for a place that is away from all the commercialism and party scenes, then Quintana is for you. We have rented from these owners twice now and if possible will not rent from any others. Their homes are well furnished and well kept and not so overly priced as to make a vacation impossible. We could not have asked for anything more in the way of accomodations and accessories. To be honest we did not even mind the break from the internet. Once you are there the need for TV and internet seems pointless. We spent more time on the decks just watching the ships come and go and listening to the waves crashing in, than anything else. My suggestion is take a pair or two of binoculars for the bird (and ships) watching and maybe a can of OFF as the Texas Mosquitos can be brutal sometimes. Rent this beautiful home, you will not regret it.

  Uninterrupted view to the Gulf Coast. Located in the middle of a bird sanctuary. Almost no vehicle traffic at any time of the day. A wonderful place to get away from the rat race. No restaurants. No t-shirt stores. No convenience stores. No traffic lights. New and well constructed house on stilts with sturdy furnishings and the opportunity for an uncluttered escape to a beach that only the locals know about. Houston and Galveston are about an hour away. Close if you insist on going that way. Far away if you wish to avoid the congestion and circus atmosphere. Owner/management were helpful and unobtrusive. Very nice people and I was glad to meet them... Honestly, I feel guilty about leaving a review at all, let alone a good review, because I feel like I should lead the whole world AWAY from this stretch of beach. Keeping this place all to myself...

  This house was immaculate and had more room than I expected. The two decks provide a beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of kitchen ware for cooking and a great charcoal grill out on the main deck. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the pull out futons. Our family of five spent 5 nights here and our two boys ages 8 and 10 had a fantastic time playing games, swimming on the beach and watching the ships come in. The beach is within walking distance and is not crowded at all, even at the peak of summer. The neighborhood was quiet and the stars at night were breath taking. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing get away. The owners Steve and Deb were very easy to work with and very accommodating. They had the deck lights on for us when we arrived and we were so happy to see how uncluttered and clean everything was. Thanks, Steve and Deb for sharing this great house with others. We enjoyed it very much!

  We spent a week here and really liked the place. The house is well furnished, comfortable and clean. The upstairs loft area with two beds was a big hit with our kids, and they had their own balcony and TV upstairs which they enjoyed. The beach is just a short walk and you can watch the big ships coming into port from the large front balcony. A winner. Recommended.

  What a beautiful house with wonderful owners! We spent 5 days at Quintana Breeze and had a great family vacation - including Granny and our dogs. Bryan Beach was nice and the boys even had luck surf fishing. The little boys really enjoyed finding hundreds of hermit crabs. The jetty is so close and is a place to take a sunset stroll. We were also close to quite a few great crabbing spots. The pictures don't do it justice! So much more room than you are expecting! If you are looking for a great get away this is it!

  The beach house was excellent! The photos perfectly depict the house. It was very clean and had all the amenities described. The owners are very accessbile and helpful. However, they are not intrusive. We spent 2 weeks there in June. The view of the Gulf is outstanding from the two decks. The beach is a short walk from the house. This was our fourth stay on the island and we are never disappointed!
