1st floor unit with very few steps to parking lot, pool, boat dock. Boat docks have crappie beds under them for good fishing. This unit is Handicap accessible.
Boat & Jet ski rental is next door to complex. If Parasailing is what you like they will pick you up on the dock.
Close to everything by land or water.

We loved this condo and its convience to everything we wanted to do. Being on the first floor and close to the pool made it perfect for keeping an eye on the kids. At night the screened in porch was perfect to BBQ and sit and watch the world go by. We walked to rent a boat and jet skis and jumped in the pool or lake whenever we wanted. It was a great family experience! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Perfect location for a girls' getaway weekend. The condo was very clean and provided all the necessary cooking items, towels, and bedding. The owner was very helpful in answering all questions. We spent most of our time in the pool which really is steps from the large screened in deck. Since the pool gets very crowded and shady in the afternoons, I recommend getting out early and enjoying the water and sun in the morning. This condo is close to the Community Bridge leading to Osage Beach with its shopping and dining. The three bedroom condo provided plenty of sleeping options with its two very comfortable king sized bed and three futons. The sofa in the living room, however, is not a sleeper. I highly recommend this condo especially if you plan to spend a lot of time in the pool.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had a great time this past weekend during our stay at Westside Bay. The condo was immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location to the pool and dock was PERFECT. Both are just a few steps away from your back porch. The owners were so great to work with and we enjoyed meeting them. They stopped by to give us some extra pillows and blankets. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay at this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
