This fully furnished apartment /condo sits on the top floor of a well designed 2 stories building, overlooking the main PGA golf course of the well know Plantation Golf and Country Club, in a very lovely and quiet up-scale neighborhood, featuring breathtaking landscape, amazing wildlife, and unforgettable and colorful sunsets. This non-smoking apartment will accommodate up to 4 persons, and is a lovely vacation home, away from home, for either a quiet or active family with or without children. Regretfully, we cannot accept any pets. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a master bathroom, vanity room for the ladies, and a private balcony with a view of the heated swimming pool and clubhouse that is surrounded by a nice tropical landscape, and only a few feet away from the apartment. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, a full bathroom and is own access to a large screened balcony overlooking the golf course and the lake. A\C, Fans, TV, Washer/Dryer.
restrictions: This is a non-smoking apartment and regretfully, we cannot accept any pets.
refundable safety deposit: $300 refundable safety deposit will be request on reservation.
The amount will be send back to the renter after unit inspection.
In case of cancellation only $200.00 will be returned.
