We were extremely pleased with the condo, specifically cleanliness, layout, convenience and decoration. Our stay was enjoyable compared to the Ocean City environment we were used to. Also, we enjoyed watching the golfers. Hope to rent again in 2008, and maybe a long weekend before next summer.

(Fourth visit!) Once again we had a wonderufl vacation here in Bethany. We took full advantage of all the great ammenities--walked around the the beautiful grounds with the kids and counted how many different animals we saw, collected pinecone and leaf "treasures" to take back home, used the pool, tennis courts, ping pong table and of course we were off to the beach as much as we could! Thanks agaian for the use of the condo.

Your home in The Salt Pond is lovely and was perfect for our family of five. My husband and I appreciated your thoughtfulness in drawing up a map of the surrounding area and leaving an info binder for your guests. We liked that it backed up to the 15th hole...nice to see greenery at the beach!

This place has truly been a blessing to all of those involved. The last few days have given us all a peace of mind. We also really enjoyed the decor of your household. The house and surrounding community are beautiful! You have done an outstanding job of decorating your home and we were very comfortable here. Great week, great place. Spent every evening sitting out back enjoying the scenery. Our husbands enjoyed a day of golf and we all had fun at the pool and fishing in the pond. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home.

We found this condo the perfect place for a relaxing weekend at the beach. It is quite but also has many activites nearby. We loved the porch and family room and each of us had our own room. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is very friendly. What a great family weekend we had!

This condo is spacious and beautifully appointed. It was spotless also, and the beds were very comfortable. Along with linens, you will want to bring your own laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, and liquid soap for the bathrooms. The Salt Pond development itself is beautiful, and the pools are great. The owners are prompt in their replies to any questions you may have regarding thier property.
