About the owner: I am Jen Richardson and will be your main contact for the Elm Street guest house. My husband Bill and I have owned the Elm Street guest house since 2003 and lived in the adjacent main house for 7 years with our daughter Maddie (now 10) and our son William (now 6). I am a former real estate attorney and currently am a part time real estate agent and part time stay at home mom. Bill is an electrical engineer in the solar power industry. We currently live in northwest Tucson, about a 20 minute drive away. We starting working with vacation rentals in 2010 when we moved into our home in northwest Tucson that has a casita on the property. We have enjoyed renting the Abington Guest House (listing #289034) since 2010 - so much so, that we have converted both the Elm Street house (listing #3571037) and the adjacent Elm Street guest house into vacation rentals as well, and are happy to offer properties in central Tucson that are peaceful and serve as a wonderful home away from home, while being close to the UofA, UMC, and the AZ Inn.
Why the Owner Chose Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa: We enjoy renting out properties and sharing Tucson with our guests. We own and manage a guest house/casita located on our property in northwest Tucson (listing #289034) in addition to our two properties in central Tucson. Our family lived in the Elm Street House (located on the same property) for 7 years. We enjoyed living so close to the UoA and being in central Tucson.
We enjoy meeting people from all over the world and have had wonderful experiences getting to know our guests. We respect the privacy of our guests but at the same time make ourselves available an offer any help our guests would like.
