This unit is brand new and beautifully decorated. Whenever I come down to the beach I have a very tough time tearing myself away. The plush master suite has a king size bed and glass sliding doors that open to a view of the ocean. The elegant attached master bathroom is like an oasis with tile floors throughout, his and her sinks, a huge tub, spacious shower and granite counter tops.
I don't know which I like best the bar in the kitchen or the kitchen itself! Serve up cosmos and pomegranite martinis while you whip together some delicious appetizers. Easy to be involved with your family and guests as the kitchen has an open view to the dining and living area. It is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary utensils.
Relax in the calm beachy atmosphere of the living room while watching a state of the art 55 inch flat screen TV with a blue ray player. A few steps farther and you're on the balcony. This is my favorite spot to enjoy my morning coffee, take in the sounds of the surf and get ready for my day.
A second bedroom offers twin beds with an attached spacious bath and shower. Delightfully decorated and great for the kids. The last bedroom has a wonderful spa-like feeling.The large seagrass headboard, hand painted furniture and soothing colors would make anyone fall into the queen size bed and never want to leave. This room is complete with its own bathroom.

Beach block, walk to Fagers Island and OC Tennis Club. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. For the non-beach goer in the family the Meridian is just a hop over the bridge to great golfing.

We loved the tasteful elegant decor of this Meridian unit. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful with suggesting great restaurants and places to shop. We especially appreciated how neat and clean this condo was. Can't say enough great things. We highly recommend this rental in the Meridian.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This place was great. It is big and spacious most important quiet. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes like about a hundred steps. I also took advantage of the weight room or it took advantage of me (too late to work on a beach body at the beach) :-( It was nice that there were some beach chairs availble in the outdoor closet. Definitely will rent again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful after-Labor Day experience at this condo! It is exactly as pictured and described with tasteful decor and all the amenities that one would want. The unit was immaculate when we entered, move-in ready. We really enjoyed the mattresses and pillows..a definite upgrade and much-appreciated for a great night's sleep. The unit has 3 flat screen TV's. Location is perfect as it is a very short walk to the beach. Loved having the storage unit right outside the front door, super convenient. Also, chairs and umbrellas available if you need them. Unit is also right off the elevator, again convenient, with a well-appointed fitness room on the same level. The outdoor pool area is on the second floor, so this unit is in a great location. Also, the Meridian is within walking distance of Fager's Island, a great dining and night-life spot. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to contact. Our transaction went smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return, and would recommend this unit to anyone. Having 25+ years experience renting in Ocean City, this is one of the best experiences our family has had! About the owner: I am a high school Physical Education and Health teacher at Bohemia Manor High School in Chesapeake City, Maryland. I am fortunate to live in the community where I teach. I am an avid tennis player and probably need to retire to be an avid golfer. I am married with 1 son who attends Towson University. I am well traveled and tend to always come back to Ocean City.
Why the Owner Chose The Meridian:
I love the beach and have always longed to have a place of my own in Ocean City. I have been vacationing in Ocean City for over 40 years and worked here in the summers during college. Many fond memories of summer are playing in the sand, body surfing in the ocean and hitting the boardwalk with friends and family in the evenings. I still enjoy summers spent with my family and hanging out on the beach. I have also reconnected with many college friends for girls getaways in Ocean City that have become a cherished summer event.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Meridian was my first choice. None of the other properties I looked at could compare to the quality I found here. The floors throughout are tiled and the masterbath and kitchen have granite countertops. The rooms are spacious and the layout has a great flow. I love the quick access to the Rt. 90 bridge which gets me to the golf courses in a hurry. One terrific feature is the beach here never gets crowded because there are no units behind the Meridian.
