Come see for yourselves how relaxing your beach vacation can be with accommodations that are fun and carefree. Whether you enjoy your "fun in the sun" on the sugary white beaches or just swimming in the pool, creating fun memories in a relaxing atmosphere is crucial. Everything is included and our condo is centrally located so everything is convenient.
We have recently renovated the entire condo using the beautiful beachy colors of blues, greens and sand. Our unit has 2 bedrooms with huge closets and sleeps 6. Extra sleeping for 2 more is available on a fold out queen sofa. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a TV/DVD combo. There is a one full bath connecting the bedrooms and a half bath in the hallway.
The newly renovated kitchen has new kitchen cabinets and silestone counter tops. It is fully equipped including a coffee pot, mixer and blender. Just bring your own snacks, drinks, and groceries and you'll be all set. If you like to cook, it's always fun to grill fish or shrimp on the outdoor electric grill.
Our unit is located in the middle of the complex facing the pool. You are just a few steps to the beach and to the lagoon where kids (adults too) enjoy feeding the ducks. Covered parking is available for 1 car.
We are located 3 miles east of the Boardwalk and Casino Beach area, where there is shopping, nightly activities and several great restaurants. During the summer you can ride the trolley or just hop on the bicycles we provide for your enjoyment.
Our home away from home offers you that opportunity to relax and really enjoy your vacation. We are geared up for kids with cards, board games, and puzzles. Floats, chairs and a beach umbrella as well. With two TV's and DVD players, everyone can be happy. Wi-Fi is available also.
There is always lots to do in Pensacola from shopping to site seeing, to visiting the Old Fort Pickens and the National Seashore and the like. There is Free Stargazing Event some weekends, and at least one concert each week. And of course, a must see is a visit to The Museum of Naval Aviation at the Naval Air Station. Visitors can watch the Blue Angles practice on some Wednesdays. A visitor's center is conveniently located on the beach as well as on the main land just before crossing the 3 Mile bridge to Gulf Breeze. A grocery store is very convenient just before going over the 2nd bridge to the beach.
Washer and Dryer is available at the complex.

We have rented several condos over the years for our vacation getaways and this unit by far has been the most accommodating! The condo is lovely - well stocked kitchen with nice working appliances, the beds are pretty comfortable, soft sheets and bedding, and the living room has plenty of seating too, with plush chairs and pillows! We also enjoyed all the extra things that just made our weekend easier like the beach towels, sunblock, beach toys, and much more! We got rained in one day but the kids found fun things to do - the closet was filled with board games, cards and checkers: no complaints from them, which was shocking! We enjoyed the view of the lagoon from both the balcony and the kitchen window. The walk to the beach was short...less then 2 minutes and we would stop at the pool...the kids loved getting in it before and after the beach. We will be booking again for sure. Sheron was easy to communicate with and helpful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have to say that this vacation was one of the best I have ever had. My brother and I took our kids for a week long stay and it was GREAT! Your place was absolutely adorable! You had everything we needed! Our kids really enjoyed playing around the lagoon and being entertained by the ducks. They were never bored, that's for sure! Even though we were not directly on the beach, the walk was not bad at all. We were still able to see the Blue Angels air show from the beach! It was exciting! I have already recommeded your place to a few friends! Thanks again for letting us stay! Can't wait till next year!Recommended for: Families with young children.

This is the 2nd year in a row I have stayed in this condo. It was in pristine condition both times. The amenities that are provided are great. They provide you with your basic staples, so no need to bring with you or purchase upon your arrival. The decor is tasteful and very relaxing. About the owner: While we now live in Atlanta, we always enjoy coming back home to Pensacola where we grew up. We have wonderful memories as kids going to the beach with our parents. I even remember grandma bringing the coffee pot. Pensacola holds a special place in our heart as we still have family there. We want to continue making memories with our kids and future grandkids.
Why the Owner Chose Villas on the Gulf:
This condo has been in the family since 1986. My dad, while living in Pensacola, bought this beach condo to ensure his children and grandchildren would always come back and visit. Who can pass up a stay at the beach? Many wonderful memories have been made here over the years. That's what family and fun are all about, enjoying time spent together. We want to continue the tradition with our family as well.

What we enjoy most is the relaxing atmosphere here at the condo. There is so much flexability. We can shop, go to the beach, read, take a nap or just have some fun in the sun or swim at the pool. There is something to do for everyone. And of course eating out at all the great seafood restaurants is one of our favorite pastimes especially since the free trolley runs during the summer. You don't even have to worry about driving down to the Boardwalk. We always enjoy visiting the Beach Community Church as well. What wonderful and welcoming folks they are.
