This unit is perfectly located on the 1st floor. Also located on the east side of building with views of the beach and ocean. It is fully furnished for your stay. The master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with adjoining bath. Living room offers a sleeper sofa.
Our condo is equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/ice maker, stove with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a full supply of dishes, utensils, and cookware. It has a washer/dryer, ironing board with iron, and vacuum cleaner.
Whether you choose to relax on the beach, at the pool, or enjoy the amenities close by, its all here!
Step onto your private balcony for a relaxing view of the beach! From our condo, the beach is just steps away. No long boardwalks or dragging chairs and beach accessories.
Harbour Place is a low density complex with only 65 units and indoor hallways for your safety. Complex also has a heated indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, spill over hot tub, and beachside BBQ areas. This unit is smoke free.

The condo was a great place to stay. It was clean and equipped with what we needed. The view was great as well. The walk to the beach was less than a minute....just perfect!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great vacation. I was there with my sons for Spring Break. Condo was great had everything that you needed. View was nice as well. Only drawback was the workers next door began at 7 so not alot of sleeping in. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!! So loved being on the first floor and not having to deal with elevators!! Very clean and neat great decor!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view to the ocean was great! The condo was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. The condo easily slept 4, but could have slept 6. The walk to the beach was shorter than other condos we have rented. The reservation process was easy and efficient. The unit is centrally located to dining and shopping. We are hoping to stay again soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I had a great time staying here! The condo was very clean, smelled fresh and was decorated nicely. We had plenty of room to spread out too. The owners were friendly and responded quickly when booking the reservation. The facility was quiet, clean, and well maintained as well. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
