Our bright and cheerful condominium is located at the family-friendly Pelican's Landing on the popular Shore Drive with no through traffic. A great location only minutes away from the exhilarating atmosphere of Myrtle Beach. Perfect for family and golfers.
The unit is elevator equipped and has three very spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms. The unit has new appliances and carpet, has been recently painted, newly installed ceramic tile and has a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a screened porch for storing beach chairs, floats etc... and a balcony overlooks a pool and playground area. A second pool is available beach side. It is a short walk to a wide beach. Full-sized washer and dryer. No pets allowed and please, no smoking.
Pelican's Landing is conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle, very close to Highway 22. A very short walk to Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Club, Straw Market General Store is across the street, Subway, pizza shop, and ABC store close by. Also very close to 24/7 Kroger Supermarket,24/7 Walmart, Arcadian Shores Golf Course, 2001 Nightclub, Barefoot Landing, Broadway At The Beach, Dixie Stampede, House of Blues, and many great restaurants.
Our rental process is very simple, we email a rental contract, you return with your deposit. About 2 weeks before your week, we run the balance due on your credit card and send you keys and a parking pass. When you leave, you return both to us. That simple. Once we receive your deposit, we reserve your week on the calendar on this sight.

We stayed here and it was great. The owners are awesome and available by phone to address any needs! This will be our second year going back to this condo and hope to make it an annual visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had a vacation in this condo in the fall and it was perfect! The furnishings in the condo were wonderful and there was plenty of space for everyone to be doing what they wanted, if it was relaxing in the screened in porch, playing cards, watching TV, taking a nap, etc! The best part of being in this condo is that it is right across from the beach! The pools were also great to catch some rays. We didn't golf, but the many courses in Myrtle Beach are there for those who want to. The owners were helpful and wanted to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Great shopping nearby and restaurants--have to go to Bimini's for crab legs! Ocean Annie's is a fun place to go to listen to a live band and dance! A definite return trip is in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Two of us from Radford Virginia, the third one is taking the picture! This condo is great for several reasons, during the summer it is a great spot for family vacation, about a 30 second walk to the beach. In the spring and fall it is great for the cooler golfing weather, walking on the beach and listening to music. During the winter, it is a wonderful get away from cold weather. And the location is terrific, easy to get in and out, covered parking, elevator for ease of hauling luggage.
