Vauxhall is a beautiful inner-city area of South London, in the London Borough of Lambeth. At one point, it was in the historic county of Surrey.
In recent years, Vauxhall's riverside has undergone major development, with a number of modern and residential blocks being constructed. One of these, the MI6, has been featured in many James Bond films, and is the home of the British Secret Intelligence Service. Other landmarks of the area include the Brunswick House, a listed Georgian mansion and former home of the Dukes of Brunswick; St. Peters Church, in Kennington Lane; and, soon, St. George Wharf, which will be the tallest residential building in the entire United Kingdom.
The Albert Apartment is a 721 square foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom dwelling, in an exclusive location on the bank of the River Thames.
The kitchen is an open-concept floor plan, fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, instant coffee, tea, sugar, milk potties, oil, salt, and pepper.
The living room is tastefully decorated, with a dining table, four chairs, and two sofas. For entertainment, there's also a flat-screen television, a DVD player, an MP3-compatible stereo, and high-speed internet access without restrictions as to the amount of data transfer taken place.
Both bedrooms boast Queen-sized orthopaedic beds, with quality mattresses, bedding, and linen, to ensure a good night's rest. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, inclusive of a shower. In the other bathroom, the main one, there's even a generous-sized bathtub, in addition to a shower.
-The River Thames, a major river flowing through southern England, is right beside the building.
-Walking over the Vauxhall Bridge will get you to some of the most famous areas of Westminster, including Tate Britain, the oldest art gallery of the famed Tate network;
-The Palace of Westminster, built in the 11th century and still the centre of of political life in the United Kingdom;
-Parliament Square, a large, green, open area containing statues of many statesmen;
-Big Ben, the great bell of the clock at the north end of the Houses of Parliament;
-The London Eye, Europe's tallest ferris wheel and the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom;

We boast a free high-speed (WiFi) internet connection, a telephone (for incoming calls only), a television, and all other modern conveniences.
The apartment will be stocked with coffee (instant), tea, sugar, milk pottles (UHT), oil, salt and pepper. The bathrooms will be stocked with soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and detergents for the washing machine (clothes) and the dishwasher.
Standard household items include a coffee plunger, a clothes iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a clothes drying horse.
All linen is provided, including all bedding and blankets and towels for the bathrooms.
Both bedrooms are doubles and come furnished with double bed, duvet, and duvet cover. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with its own shower, basin, and toilet. Both bedrooms have double glazed windows and very well sound insulated floors. Overall, the rooms are very light, airy, and have a clean, crisp décor, with ample space and a comfortable, quiet aura, to ensure a good night's rest.
The apartment has two bathrooms; one being an ensuite to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have a modern finish with sleek cream tiles and contemporary features and fittings. They're fully stocked with soaps, shower gels, shampoo, and conditioner. We also provide ample linen, towels, and toilet paper for your stay.
We can also provide a cleaning service if you wish (see extra services below). For a small fee, we will clean your entire apartment and provide fresh linen and towels.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this 2-bedroom flat in London. Although the space in the bedrooms and bathrooms is a little tight, the rest of the flat is extremely roomy for London. The kitchen seemed to be nicely accommodated although we did not cook anything but breakfast. Cable and wifi were included, which was nice. My only initial disappointment was that the flat is located on a somewhat noisy street with lots of busses. However, the double-paned windows did block out almost all of the noise. The best part of this flat is its location!!! We walked everywhere...the Palace, Hyde Park, Westminster abbey, the London Eye -- and it's only a block away from a tube entrance. There are tons of great restaurants nearby as well as theaters too.

Very Nice Stay!
Very good location - central London. I came for a conference near Westminster. That place was very well located. Also to spend an evening near Piccadilly or walking around Buckingham, etc. The apartment is well equipped. Large enough for 4 people. Good address for work and leisure.

Very good place to stay
The appartment was clean, comfortable and practical and had anything you might need from coffee to hair dryer and washer/drier. Very good beds and nice bathrooms. Perfect for us: Two mums with teenaged daughters. Placed almost on top of Vauxhall underground and train staions and a walk away from Waterloo train station it is also very well connected to all part of London. Only drawback is that the appartment faces away from the river and towards the street and train noice. Not a problem for sleep since the windows blocks the noice effectivly and the air con works well, but don't count on using the terrace.

Walking distance to everything
The apartment was well located in walking distance to the London Eye, Big Ben, central London, with an underground station just a few minutes away, and a supermarket and cafe close by. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped. My only criticisms, it was noisy road side with road works going on all night - I assume ahead of the Olympics and the 2nd bed was small more a king single and not really suited to 2 people. This was overcome by a pullout lounge in the living room, but no linen so we had to improvise. Check-in was a bit complicated probably more so by my failure to give adequate notice of arrival with the key held by the hotel concierge and instructions in the check-in documentation that the conceirge were not to be contacted. We were unable to contact the agent on the number provided and ended up speaking to the concierge who provided us with our key. If I were to come back to London I would definitely stay here again but would request a water side or courtyard side room rather than one directly facing the road.

Beautiful, spacius apartment ideal for family or to couples as it has two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the tub is just outside the main door.

Good apartment in great location
Apartment was located near Thames and about 15-20 minutes walk to Big ben and other sights and Vauxhall-station was really close. Our apartment was clean, modern and a good place to stay. Key system was good. To Starbucks, Pret a Manger and Tesco was 1 minute walk. Our only problem was in Check-in, which was difficult.

Wonderful apartment, great location
St. George Wharf is very modern and sophisticated. While the apartment isn't located in the heart of London, the Vauxhall tube stop on the Victoria line is practically right outside the front door! From there, you can get to pretty much anywhere in London within 3 stops (transferring lines is very simple, especially with an Oyster card). The apartment is right next to Vauxhall bridge, which has a lovely view of Big Ben and the London Eye--perfect for viewing the New Year's Eve fireworks! All of the amenities necessary were provided, and the apartment was very homey. So glad we rented this apartment instead of a hotel! Also, the owners were very pleasant to work with! I look forward to my next stay in London!

Very clean and cozy. I stayed three people, one of the two bedrooms are used for two people, it was a big queen size bed, had to care at all. The building is just outside the station exit 6 from Vauxhall. Since there are no stairs, and a large luggage even easier. (If you are coming by subway from Heathrow Airport is the difficulty that there is a staircase in Victoria, transfer station) is open at super mini - 23:07 on the first floor of the building next door (Tesco) have also very useful.
