Wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. This is a great place for sun, water, and relaxation!! This is a 3-story spacious modern home. Little Torch key is in a quiet location primarily home to locals. (This is not a party house, no loud music or loud parties).

Looe Key snorkeling & diving.
Miniature golfing 2 minutes away.
Dolphin boat marina across the highway if you need to rent a boat, or if you have a boat, there is a boat ramp down the canal.
Canal accesses the bay or ocean side.
Big Pine Key Nature Trail minutes away.
Take ferry boat to Little Palm Island for dinner.
Walk to Parrotdise for drinks and dining.
Shopping center, grocery stores, pharmacy, video stores….all 2 minutes away.
My favorite restaurant is The Snapper Grouper just down the highway a few minutes south or Boonedocks is a great place for a more casual dining among other great hot spots in the area.
Key West (Historical City) is 30 minutes away.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: I am a Real Estate developer in Miami, FL. My hobby is farming. With the market collapse this has been a stress free getaway for me. I love my home. I spend a lot of time here throughout the year with my dog Elvis and closest friends and family. I hope you can come and enjoy it with your family and/or friends just as I do.
Why the Owner Chose Little Torch Key:
When I first purchased this home, as a Real Estate developer my goal was to build and sell but shortly after spending a few weekends here it quickly became my little getaway in paradise. I am a morning person and I love to wake up to the sunrise every morning while on my terrace with a cup of coffee and my newspaper. Also it is only about 25 miles from Key West where I can enjoy dinner and a few drinks on Duval Street during the evenings.
