This beautiful and spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo with additional loft for office and/ or sleeping.Nestled on the sunnyside of one of the most beautiful islands in the world this condo is fully equiped with all of the amenities of home. Located on the gorgeous Poipu Kai Regency property, this vacation rental is sure to impress even the pickiest renter. The minute you arrive the Hawaiian ambiance will envoke a sense of clam and relaxation, while the surroundings are sure to bring out the adventurer in anyone! The condo features Hawaiian style furniture and decor which is sure to bring out the Aloha in anyone. The wonderful granite kitchen is stocked with all of the amentities of home, and features large countertops for prep and cooking, a breakfast bar, dining table, and seperate kids table. The main level open floor plan allows for easy entertaining for family and friends. The master bathroom features a jetted tub and walk-in marble shower. The living area is complimented with a SONY home theater, including DVD, VCR and surround sound. Amenities included are beach chairs, beach towels. Bed assignments are: 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins. Renters won't have to go far for a leisure stroll to shipwreck beach (5 min) or a dip in the pool, even for a friendly tennis match on one of the many courts avaible exclusively to the complex.

We found this unit to be spacious easily accommodating our group (4 adults and 1 toddler). It was an easy walk to Poipu Beach as well as the Hyatt. Roy's is just down the street by Starbucks. There was some beautiful Hawaiian artwork in the unit. Disappointing for us was the fact that there was not a full set of dishes and we cooked in frequently. (the label on the cabinet said 12 dinner dishes and we found only 6) Also the vinyl shower curtains (not the decorative curtain) really needed to be replaced, especially the upstairs bath. The TV remote didn't work and we found a comforter in the closet that had several stains. I did report these issues to the Property Manager to give them a 'heads up'. Honestly, unless a previous tenant had reported these issues I am not sure how they would have been found. So hopefully these issues were repaired for the next guest. The other thing anyone who is considering this unit should know is that the upstairs bedroom has no windows that open, it can get quite warm up there and per the sign by the A/C thermostat we were hesitant to run the A/C much lower than 78 which meant upstairs it was probably 82. We didn't use the loft upstairs but it is set up as an office adjacent to the upstairs bedroom. The loft did have a window we could open. All in All we would stay here again because we loved the location.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I would like to thank you for making our dream vacation a reality. My husband, teenage son and I shared your condo with our friends (another family of three).We thought your condo was just perfect! It had all the extra amenities to make our stay extra special. I can't tell you how nice it was to have all the beach items (chairs, boogie boards, beach mats, sand toys, beach towels, etc.) in the condo for our use. We were so comfortable..... it felt just like home! We really appreciate how nicely it was furnished too. The location was amazing. We loved being able to walk to the beach while also being just a short drive from shops, shows and entertaining activities. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It made all the difference in making our vacation a very special memory.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved staying here. It was a great place to stay with extended family. DD and SIL watched a grass fire across the street send huge flames into the air. It was nice having the swimming pool so close and just a short walk to the beach. The boogie boards in the closet were used almost daily. We're giving this condo four stars because of the following: We had a problem with a broken washer that couldn't be repaired immediately. The solution offered was to use the washer in the condo unit downstairs. It worked out OK; but with 8 people on the go all day we preferred doing laundry at night and the washing machine was not always available then. We also found clothing under the beds from former guests. UGH. Overall it was a great place and we would be happy to return there again.(With a working washing machine)Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: We are very sorry for the inconvenience of the broken washer. Apparently there was a broken lid latch that needed to be repaired. This part was still under warranty with Sears, and with Kauai being a small island with limited resources it sometimes takes awhile for a repair man to service a warrantied item. The washer was fixed within a few days and is now up and running. We are truly sorry that this affected you during your stay. The clothes under the bed is unacceptable and was immediately taken up with our cleaning service. Other than the those two issues we are pleased that you enjoyed the condo and your stay on the island. Thank you for choosing our condo and we hope you come back again. Aloha

About the owner: My wife and I fell in love with the island of Kauai from our first visit. We have visited many amazing destinations, but Kauai is second to none. The island has become a very special place for our family. We have many wonderful memories of our nine children, and seven grandchildren. We hope that you love the island as much as we do, and are able to build beautiful memories with your loved ones just as we have in this very special place.

Beach activities including snorkeling, surfing and paddle boarding are within a 5 minute walk of the condo. Equipment rental is adjacent to the beach.
