Just steps away from the beach, and a small walk to Seaside where you can dine at five-star restaurants and shop all day. You will enjoy yourself so much you will not want to return home. Centrally located you can ride, skate, or rollerblade on the recently finished bike path to both ends of 30-A. Come and enjoy the vacation you have earned.
Our beautiful duplex home is affectionately known as the "EGRETS NEST." EGRETS NEST I (the ground floor unit), and EGRETS NEST II (the upper two stories, with a very private 'widows walk,' and a panoramic view of the beach). Less than 150 yards to the Gulf of Mexico. Only 20 miles from Destin (to the west) and Panama City Beach (to the east).
Each unit is completely furnished, including washer/dryer. To maintain the beauty of our home, we request that our guests do not smoke inside the units or bring along pets.
During the summer season, both units must be rented together. Fall, winter and spring seasons the units may be rented separately. Generally there is a four night minimum stay. Should you require a shorter stay cleaning fees will be assessed
