  We loved our stay at Sea La Vie. We had 2 maintenance issues come up while we were there and the owner was not only very responsive but the handyman was there super-fast to get them taken care of. This was our first time renting a home for our vacation and although I do not have other experiences to compare with I would highly recommend. My husband and I went with our 3 year old daughter, my husband's son, his wife and their 19 month old. The house was very child-friendly, and the location right across the street from the pool and green area was great. We loved using the bikes for a 2 minute ride to Rosemary shopping area, or to the donut truck at Alys Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, but if planning on doing cooking while there you might want to bring a few of your favorites. I was happy that I grabbed 2 of my good knives at the last minute to bring. Seating in kitchen/dining and den is very comfortable.

  Our family has stayed in this subdivision for several years and are always happy with the homes here. This home is located close to a green area which is great for kids getting the wiggles out! The bedroom layout is great within the home for families, especially with the bunkroom. At the time there was construction across the street but the workers were courteous and we still enjoyed our stay. You are within a nice walking distance from the pool, beach and Rosemary Beach shopping area for places to get a bite or gift item. The only thing that might be added to the homewould be some board games for any rainy days.

  Sea La Vie met and exceeded all of our expectations. The home is very roomy and extremely comfortable. The living room is spacious and the sofa and 4 chairs are very cozy. The beds, linens and pillows are all very comfortable as well. The kitchen table easily accommodates 2 families. I can't say enough about the location of the home in regards to the pool and the beach. The home is 2 houses away from an entrance to the pool which makes it super easy to walk back and forth with little kids. You can easily walk to the beach (which would be a much longer walk from other streets in Seacrest Beach Village) or take the tram service. The grass area across the street is yet another perk of the home. Just another outlet for kids. Sea La Vie is very much a home away from home. Thank you.

  We were 8 adults and 3 kids, down there for memorial day weekend. This house and location were just amazing. Everything in the house had a new feel, clean and spacious. The house was even better than it looked in pictures. Master bedroom upstairs is huge, and even though the 2 bunkbeds are in a hallway, not in an room, the set up gave you the feel as you were only sleeping with door open. Easy access to the beach, short walking distance, or call for golf cart pick up. They get you right away. The lagoon pool is a few steps from your door and the kids loved it. Fit for kids of all ages. Neighboorhood is very family friendly, with large grassy areas to kick/throw a ball or play. You can walk/bike anywhere, just a short walk to restaurants/small shops. We cooked at home so do not really have eating out recommendations. Publix/Walgreens a short drive from the house. I would recommend this house to everyone, best suited for families or if you just want a quiet vacation. Owner Glori, very easy to deal with

  Owner response: Thanks so much Cathrine for your nice comments. I'm so glad you enjoyed Sea La Vie as much as we do. I just wanted to clarify that the bunk room is a large loft area about 12x14 located between the two upstairs bedrooms. In that room is 2 twin over full bunk beds with pull out drawers.Opposite of beds are built in Shelves with flat screen tv and xbox 360 connect, movies and games. My kids love it too.

  The house is clean and comfortable and close to Rosemary beach.We had a really fun time at your property and would recommend it to our friends. It is so convenient to all that we do and very comfortable.

  I wanted to follow up to let you know how much we enjoyed your home in Seacrest Beach . Everything was fantastic; the home was very clean and had all the necessary conveniences plus some extras. The bikes and the closeness to the pool were wonderful perks. All of the bedrooms were wonderful & oversized with very nice bathrooms & the kitchen was a cook’s dream (even though we didn’t use it for more than bagels & eggs!!). I will definitely remember your house the next time we need a weekend getaway to such an amazing place. Thanks again, Jeff
