Built in the Spring of 2004, custom, log, cabin home nestled in the seclusion of the pines but just two blocks from downtown Grand Lake with all the amenities that Grand County has to offer. This property is perfect for families and friends wanting to share their Rocky Mountain experience.
The dining, living, and kitchen area make a great area for families and friends to spend quality time together. The wraparound deck with barbecue off of the main living area moves the entertainment from inside to the beautiful Colorado outdoors. Read a book, take a nap, play horseshoes, stroll downtown, skip rocks on the lake, or do nothing at all. It is all right here for you to enjoy!
Two, private, master suites are situated on the main floor, each with a queen-size bed and private bath. There are two bedrooms on the lower level and two full baths. Each room sleeps 4 people using bunk beds. Boys vs. girls, younger vs. older, or whatever other arrangement you might need. The loft may be used as a place for the kids to play while the adults are visiting downstairs in the great room.
