Enjoy your stay at our oceanfront vacation condo. Our oceanfront condo is located in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. We are only minutes from Barefoot Landing, The House of Blues, Alligator Adventure and Myrtle Beach Mall !
Our condo includes linen, departure cleanup, WiFi, full kitchen, stackable washer and dryer , oceanfront outdoor pool, oceanfront living room and master bedroom. Also, if our condo is booked we have the opportunity to offer other condos in the same area. Send me an email.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a private double vanity bathroom . The second bedroom has a private entrance to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and accesses the second bathroom through a hall way.
All bedrooms have a TV with cable and the living room has a DVD player. The property offers free WiFi and an oceanfront outdoor swimming pool.
We also offer monthly rental during the winter months.

This condo is in a great area, nice wide beaches even at high tide and the atmosphere is family friendly and relaxing. The condo was spacious and had the feel of a beach home wth the decor and added extras provided by the owners/ rental agency. I would recommend this to families and any one who loves to be right on the beach and enjoys the ocean breezes and waves. Shopping , restaurants, entertainment and golf are all witin a few miles from the condo. Nearby Barefoot Landing is a great place to spend time for all ages.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have been visiting Soutn Carolina for many years now. We have stayed in North Myrtle, South Myrtle,and alot of different condos. This condo by far has been my favorite. Vey clean, and the decor is beautiful. Karen was so helpful with the booking, and she made sure everything was in the condo that we could possibly need. I will definitely be calling Karen to book next years trip to Myrtle Beach!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I am a resident of Myrtle Beach and enjoy every minute of living on the Grand Strand. My children attend school in the area and we love our limited time in 507. My family and I own a rental company in North Myrtle Beach and have been in business over 25 years. I consider myself a working beach bum and cannot wait to become a retired beach bum !!
Why the Owner Chose Crescent Towers II:
We bought this condo because the property is well maintained and not too crowded. We also like the 5th floor because it is not too low and not too high so you can still see the beach when in the bedrooms. You don't feel like you are in the ocean!!
