This four-bedroom 3 bathroom home has 2 King master suites with pool, spa, Jacuzzi, and KIDDIES POOL, is located in Doral Woods, Kissimmee - a small established community close to Disney. The Disney Wilderness nature reserve is a short drive, Disney is a 10 to 15-minute drive plus all the amenities of the 192 resort area are close by.
We accommodate Disney vacationers, groups attending Orange County Convention Center, Disney Wide World Of Sports, International Drive visitors, and The Gaylord Palms Resort in Osceola County, plus those visiting the Orlando area. Universal, Sea World, and the water parks are 15-20 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes and Sanford Airport one hour and 10 mins away.
Doral Woods is a blend of residential and vacation properties. It takes one hour to get to the beach!There is a community pool and tennis court available to you thru your stay, as well as your own private pool/spa and jacuzi. This property has been custom built to a high standard,is over 2,200 sq feet in living space ( excluding garage/patio etc)and has many upgrades, 2 living areas,2 king master suites with french doors out to the pool,(pool heater)and upgrades of breakfast bar,4 TV's all connected to cable,DVD and VCR plus playstation 2. Fans in living areas, and master suite. The pool area has a spa and Kiddies pool, plus covered Lanai for those who need shade or to sit out on the extended pool deck if you enjoy being in the sun. Many renters return to relax and enjoy the property with their family and friends, taking time out to visit the parks. The pool has an electic heater for the cooler months. This will heat the pool and spa, but not the kiddies pool. The decor inside the home is light and stylish, color coordinated, well maintained. the property has a pull out sofa bed.

The property was exactly as pictured. Great space for 2 families. I am disabled and the property was accessible throughout. (I carry a small ramp for my convenience). The house is not far from the main thoroughfares. We were able to get anywhere we needed within 20 minutes. If there is any complaint it's that when we first arrived there were some gnats in the house. Although a detractor, the amenities of the home still garner an excellent rating. We would definitely stay/ use a behlor property again. ps: Michelle was great!
Owner response:Great to hear you enjoyed the home, the house is under a full pest control program, you will get gnats at dusk coming in thru the front door area if the front light is left on. No one called me so I assume they were not an issue, Michelle

First time renting a home, and it was a great experience. We very much enjoyed ourselves. We loved how spacious it was and the fact that we had our own private heated pool. Location was great. We would definately use Behlor Reality for our next Disney Vacation. Thanks Michelle for being so helpful and making our first rental experience stress free and enjoyable!

My wife and I planned a family vacation to Orlando, and had originally began to look at hotel options. The cost in the area was a bit shocking for 6 people, and we had heard about VRBO.com through a friend. We were quite surprised at the cost savings and convenience of renting for 6 as opposed to the hotels or resorts. The house was perfect for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, and the pool provided a nice focal point for everyone during the days we didn't venture out and explore. Grocery stores and Target were conveniently close and a short ride to the theme parks was also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and off the usual path, which was what we prefer. The security deposit was refunded within a week or so. Michelle was very helpful in assisting us with dates and property options, and greatly appreciated by us, since this was our first venture into renting a house. We will certainly consider her and VRBO in our future vacations. Thanks for everything Michelle, we had a great time and we sincerely appreciated all your help!

As a repeat tenant of Behlor Realty I want to say thank you once again for providing me with the paradise I needed. Behlor Realty has got to be the best management company ever! They really care and are always there in case you need them. Just so you know Doral Woods is the quietest most relaxing neighborhood ever. This particular property is great from small to a big family. If you want pool this is the place for you. The spacious lanai had enough room for those who want to play cards to those guests that just want to take a nap away from it all. I enjoyed the bar by the kitchen which came in handy for a quick snack or lunch without using the dining room table. The house had enough room for all my couch potatos. Never played PS2 but it works !!! We didn't have any children on this trip but the kiddy pool was great for just soaking your tired feet from a long day the park. If you are having a birthday or anniversary and have a big family or arranged a small get together then you should pick this property. Simply the best I property I have stayed so far. I vote for Michelle L. as mayor of Doral Woods. Not sure that my vote would count but please take your time and look this property as your home away from home. I did and loved it.

My husband and I stayed at this home along with our 2 teenage children during the first week of April 2011. Our experience was great from start to finish. Michelle was good to work with and was timely in any request made regarding the reservation and refund of deposit. The home is exactly as pictured. Very spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood, yet not too far to drive to area attractions. Our favorite area of the house was the pool area! It is a huge area and so relaxing. We paid for the pool heat and it was well worth it! The kitchen was also very nice with everything you need. Beds and furniture were not as comfy as home and could use updating, but definitely acceptable as we didn't travel to Florida to stay inside! At the end of our stay we were wishing we could stay longer and would definitely like to stay at this property again if we have the opportunity.

We shared this home in Doral Woods with another couple for the Month of March 2011. This made it very affordable for us to enjoy this comfortable rental and the beautful weather. Michelle and Behlor Realty were exceptional to do business with and very prompt in responding to any questions that came up. The outside patio was very spacious and great for entertaining friends and family that came by for a visit. I highly recommend the country atmosphere of this subdivision away from from the sounds of roaring traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city.

Overall, our experience was very positive. Grandkids loved the private pool and we all enjoyed it. Quiet neighborhood. We had a plumbing issue, but other than that, we really liked the home.

The 2 houses we rented in December 2010 worked really well for the 7 adults an 4 children. I could write a book on the experience. But I do not type well and it would only be repeating all prior comments. Well located for visiting all the major attractions in the area.

We spend a week in this house on Augost and had a great time, the hause can acomodate a big familly. Service is outstanding, Michelle thank you! , evrething was perfect. big pool familly designed, garage was clean, kitchen ready for any meal just stop by publix. I recomend this owner and I will use it again.
