The property was exactly as pictured. Great space for 2 families. I am disabled and the property was accessible throughout. (I carry a small ramp for my convenience). The house is not far from the main thoroughfares. We were able to get anywhere we needed within 20 minutes. If there is any complaint it's that when we first arrived there were some gnats in the house. Although a detractor, the amenities of the home still garner an excellent rating. We would definitely stay/ use a behlor property again. ps: Michelle was great!

MCO Family Stay

My wife and I planned a family vacation to Orlando, and had originally began to look at hotel options. The cost in the area was a bit shocking for 6 people, and we had heard about VRBO.com through a friend. We were quite surprised at the cost savings and convenience of renting for 6 as opposed to the hotels or resorts. The house was perfect for what we needed. Clean, well equipped, and the pool provided a nice focal point for everyone during the days we didn't venture out and explore. Grocery stores and Target were conveniently close and a short ride to the theme parks was also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and off the usual path, which was what we prefer. The security deposit was refunded within a week or so. Michelle was very helpful in assisting us with dates and property options, and greatly appreciated by us, since this was our first venture into renting a house. We will certainly consider her and VRBO in our future vacations. Thanks for everything Michelle, we had a great time and we sincerely appreciated all your help!

Kissimmee: Vacationland Part II

As a repeat tenant of Behlor Realty I want to say thank you once again for providing me with the paradise I needed. Behlor Realty has got to be the best management company ever! They really care and are always there in case you need them. Just so you know Doral Woods is the quietest most relaxing neighborhood ever. This particular property is great from small to a big family. If you want pool this is the place for you. The spacious lanai had enough room for those who want to play cards to those guests that just want to take a nap away from it all. I enjoyed the bar by the kitchen which came in handy for a quick snack or lunch without using the dining room table. The house had enough room for all my couch potatos. Never played PS2 but it works !!! We didn't have any children on this trip but the kiddy pool was great for just soaking your tired feet from a long day the park. If you are having a birthday or anniversary and have a big family or arranged a small get together then you should pick this property. Simply the best I property I have stayed so far. I vote for Michelle L. as mayor of Doral Woods. Not sure that my vote would count but please take your time and look this property as your home away from home. I did and loved it.

Great escape from the long New York Winter!

My husband and I stayed at this home along with our 2 teenage children during the first week of April 2011. Our experience was great from start to finish. Michelle was good to work with and was timely in any request made regarding the reservation and refund of deposit. The home is exactly as pictured. Very spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood, yet not too far to drive to area attractions. Our favorite area of the house was the pool area! It is a huge area and so relaxing. We paid for the pool heat and it was well worth it! The kitchen was also very nice with everything you need. Beds and furniture were not as comfy as home and could use updating, but definitely acceptable as we didn't travel to Florida to stay inside! At the end of our stay we were wishing we could stay longer and would definitely like to stay at this property again if we have the opportunity.

Escaping the Canadian Winter

We shared this home in Doral Woods with another couple for the Month of March 2011. This made it very affordable for us to enjoy this comfortable rental and the beautful weather. Michelle and Behlor Realty were exceptional to do business with and very prompt in responding to any questions that came up. The outside patio was very spacious and great for entertaining friends and family that came by for a visit. I highly recommend the country atmosphere of this subdivision away from from the sounds of roaring traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city.

Overall, our experience was very positive. Grandkids loved the private pool and we all enjoyed it. Quiet neighborhood. We had a plumbing issue, but other than that, we really liked the home.

The 2 houses we rented in December 2010 worked really well for the 7 adults an 4 children. I could write a book on the experience. But I do not type well and it would only be repeating all prior comments. Well located for visiting all the major attractions in the area.

We spend a week in this house on Augost and had a great time, the hause can acomodate a big familly. My family stayed at the house for a week at the beginning of May. We had a wonderful time. We have a 3 1/2 year old and a 5 month old. It was our first visit to the area and disney. We are so glad we had an amazing home to go back to. The house is clean and family friendly. The one thing we missed when we reserved was that we needed to bring/buy everything from tp to trash bags including hand soap and dish soap. Thankfully there is a walmart nearby. Though I defenitely recommend the little extra time to go to the Publix grocery. By far friendlier and nicer. The other thing we were a little concerned about was the crib. It is on it's last leg but did hold up just fine. If you have an active baby I would bring a pack and play for them to sleep in. That was the only negative but it worked out. All in all an amazing time.

Good Loaction; Great Pool Area!

Overall this was a good property. The floor plan is very open. There was a small convertible crib, a stroller and High Chair. So if you have young children, it is nice to know they are available. The pool area was awesome! The kiddie pool was good sized and our boys (5 and 18 months) love playing in it. The ‘adult’ pool was excellent as well. There are 2 tables outside to accommodate the whole crew. When we arrived, the air condition was broken. Once I spoke with Michelle, there was a repair man there within an hour and the air was up and working again quickly! There was also a DVD or VCR on every TV, a nice plus with kids. The wireless worked great and there are ceiling fans in most rooms. Helped keep us nice and cool! The furnishings looked fine, but we not the most comfortable. And the carpeting is in need of a cleaning, but the kitchen was very nice and had all of the things you may need, from pots and pans to bottle openers. There were also plenty of plastic cups and plate for use by the pool area. There were only 2 things I did not prefer about the property. When we arrived, there were 2 garbage cans (in the garage) full of trash from the previous renters. And we had to take it out. Not that big of a deal, but not that cool either. The other change I would make is that you have to wash all of the towels prior to your departure. Again, not that big of a deal, it was just something I was not expecting. I have rented condo/homes before and did not have to wash the towels. But overall the property is spacious and the rooms are good sized. When we return to the area we will definitely see if this home is available.

Owner response:Thansk for adding to the book. The pool alarms are required by code, if you choose to use the safety fence then you can turn the alarms off! ( the carpet has since been cleaned). on the trash front - it is not a gargabe pick up day on a change over, we have to bag and leave the trash in the garage until next collection, just one of those points to be aware of when renting private homes, not ideal, but we are stuck with it!. There is no need to wash the towels or linen before you leave - the cleaner does all that - only extra towels or second sets of sheets need to be washed and put in the closet, so not sure where that confusion krept in. Good to hear the stay went well for you.

We have stated in several rentals and this was by far better equipt than any other house we stayed in. Everything but three things was fantastic. One, The pool/hottub temperature was unexceptable. No more them 80 degrees. Two the patio door alarms are very annoying and there is no way to turn them off. Three the distance to any events is farther than what we wanted. I would highly recommend this house with those three thiings in mind.

Owner response:Guests need to be aware that if you rent in the winter and it is below freezing for several night, like thru this stay, a pool and spa will not get higher than 80 degrees. A dropin temp below 40 degrees shuts pool heat systems down, until it warms up. Can't fix the weather. The alarms on the doors are hotel motel code and are required by law on all homes licesned by the state - It is simly a safety point re the pool. There is also a pool safety fence - so if you use that, you do not have to use the alarms!!

Our stay at 2918 Evans Drive was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much. It's proximity to all the amusement parks was perfect. After a day at the parks or shopping we all looked forward to the quiet house with the beautiful swimming pool and spa. All the arrangements were made through Michele and everything worked like clockwork and we had no problems whatsoever. Michele was just a phone call away if needed. She was prompt and very efficient and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

We were more then happy with the beautiful home at 2918 Evans Drive. It was well worth the extra money to have the pool heated. I have never seen the kids swim so much in the last 2-3 years. They range from age 14 - 18. Every night after our adventures out we were all in it for hours. When we visit the Kississmee area again we would diffinitely rent this house. It was fairly close to Winn Dixie (grocery store) and only 1 hr to Cocoa Beach or Tampa.It was very hard to leave the gorgeous weather to return to the Great White North!!!!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this home. The house itself is spacious with lots of room to lounge, the king size beds are wonderful, the huge master ensuite was a special treat and the kitchen has everything you need. The kids loved the heated pool. The neighbourhood was peaceful. The house is close to the grocery store and all attractions in the Disney area. We felt spoiled rotten and can't wait to come back again. This was our first time booking a vacation rental home anywhere and everything went so smoothly it was wonderful. Accommodations were perfect for our party of 6. Things that were specially enjoyed - pool, internet access, well-stocked kitchen, fresh fruit in the yard. Our family has a wonderful stay the week of Dec 5 - 12. The house at 2910 Evans Drive was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The two master suites were perfect as we went with my adult son and his family as well as our 2 other grandchildren. The kids swam before breakfast then we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub/jacuzzi again in the evening after we got back from the theme parks. I am totally spoiled and wouldn't want to stay in a hotel while vacationing again! I found this guest book helpful when I was searching for this rental and this home was all we expected and we really couldn't have asked for more. We would stay again. Thanks

We weren't sure whether we wanted to stay inside the park or outside the park and we decided to rent this house, we would do this again next time we go to Disney. Our stay at 2918 Evans Drive was FABULOUS. The house was perfect for our family of two kids and four adults. We (husband, 4 kids: 8, 9, 10yr old and 7months plus myself) stayed at 2918 Evans Dr. It was WONDERFUL! the personal space of a home and pool was unexplainable compared to going to a hotel. We have awesome pictures of everyone swimming that are priceless. With the baby, the infant pool was the best thing we could have. Having a crib, stroller, high chair and walker in the home made the traveling easier and i couldn't imagine how we would've had such a smooth vacation without these items. I would (and have) referred this to anyone I discuss vacations with! Such a great memory for the value!

We stayed at 2918 Evans the week of June 30 through July 7, 2007 and it was absolutely fabulous!!! The house was nicely furnished and the perfect size for us. We invited another family to share our vacation home with us and they were so pleased that they want to do it again next year. We stayed in the house, 2918 Evans Drive, the first week of June. Michelle made everything so easy for us. We loved the house, very neat and clean. Lots of room to relax after a long day at the parks. Being able to hang out and relax with our family around the pool and around the breakfast and dinner table just completed our most enjoyable vacation yet. (Please see email below I have just sent them) Hi Michelle We have just about got ourselves back down to earth after a fantastic holiday, though the flight back was horrendous having been bumped off our flight it took us 50 hours and 5 airports to get home! Delta could certainly learn some excellent customer service skills from you! We stayed at 2918 Evan's Drive in March of this year. We really enjoyed this house. It had everything you needed and more. The pool area was great. Having 2 master rooms was very helpful for our group. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out in. We look forward to staying here again. Michelle, as always, was wonderful to work with. We stayed at 2918 Evans Drive in March 2007. The house is great, the two master rooms are handy, and our kids loved the fact that they each had their own boys and girls rooms. The pool is very nice, and it is very handy to have a BBQ. We were very impressed with the service we recieved, while we were there the dishwasher wasn't working, so we called and left a message about it. While we were gone for the day they came and replaced it, that same day. We were visiting specifically for Walt Disney World, which we did every day, so the only thing is that we felt it was farther from the parks than we would have liked, aprox. 30 min each way. The fact that there is not a grocery store close either is a bit of a problem. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much for having us.

Owner response:Thanks for adding to the guest book, it should only take 20 mins to get to the parks if you avoid 192 and take Osceola Parkway. Publix and Wal-mart are 10 mins a way, close enough for most families. Good to hear you enjoyed the home.

We stayed at this home for two weeks in February 2007. This was our first time in renting a house and certainly will not be the last. All the conviences of home were provded. The pool was terrifc.This is a beautiful, spacious,well maintained home in a quiet clean neighborhood. As we were travelling with small children this was important to us. I was very happy with the safety features in the house as well. Michele was very nice to work with, she was very prompt in answering any questions we had and always did so in such a cheerful manner. We rented this house over New Years, 2007. We had never rented a house before but will definitly do it again. It was so much nicer than hotel rooms. We had all the comforts of home plus. Our stay was during the Christmas week of 2006 and allowed us to have family and friends from Florida join us. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the fact that we had everything we needed to make us feel just like we were at home. We have been renting houses or condos for the last few family vacations and find that it is much more comfortable and pleasant to spend time as a family in a home rather than a hotel room(s). We will definitely be doing this again.
