  My husband and I stayed at this condo for two weeks and it was wonderful. Frank and Angie have utilized every inch of space in this condo to the max. We didn't have to use the air conditioner once! With the ceiling fans going and the cool evening breezes the condo was wonderfully cool in the evenings! There is everying you need for the beach and anything else you can think of! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone planning a trip to Maui - you won't be disappointed!

  We (regrettably) just arrived home today. I wanted to waste no time in writing a review of this perfect Maui paradise! This was our first time arriving in Maui at night. Before our arrival, Angie kindly provided us with directions right to the condo parking lot! That made our drive far less stressful. The condo is truly a home away from home, equipped with everything you need AND more! The condo smelled fresh and clean the moment we arrived, and the bed was SO incredibly comfortable and inviting. The decor is "Island Style" and we love the detail, thought and care put into making this place so inviting to all guests! Where the condo is located is such a short walk to the most beautiful beaches in Kehei, my favorite type of shopping (outdoor marketplace style) and the most delicious restaurants. But the favorite part of our stay at Angie's Maui Condo was relaxing on the spacious outdoor lanai (patio). Not only does it overlook the beautifully manicured grounds and the sparkling blue water in the distance, but it's a great way to catch some sun and listen to the songs of birds singing. Between the Island briefing session by the pool (8:30 a.m. Mon-Fri), the information binder Angie has so carefully compiled and a copy of the latest edition of the Maui Revealed book at the condo, we were fully equipped to shop, sightsee, eat, relax and travel with ease! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and we say thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to Frank and Angie for a wonderful vacation, wonderful stay and wonderful memories. We will be back! PS. As recommended by Angie, and hearing other rave reviews, everyone must try the tacos at Fred's Mexican Grill (visit them on "Taco Tuesdays"). Fred's is hands-down our favorite Mexican restaurant of all time!

  Only 3 words can discribe our stay at Frank and Angie's Maui Home. AWESOME ! AWESOME! AWESOME! Awesome place. A home away from home for sure plus more. Awesome of how the place looked and how you thought of everything that is needed and more. Awesome that your both are gracious enough to share your vacation home with us. We usually stay in West Maui, but when we saw your place on VRBO we decide to move out of our comfort zone and give south Maui (Kihei) a try. We are very happy that we did step out of our zone, as this has been a very relaxing holiday in Kihei. Charlie Youn Beach super great, Kihei Cafe.. WOW! super great breakfast. Would love to use your place again when we return to South Maui Mahalo for making this our 35th Wedding Anniversary very special.... Angie is very personal and professional when we were dealing for the rental of her place. We highly recommend Frank and Angie's place for anyone who just wants to go to Maui, Mahalo Nui Loa Frank and Angie for sharing your dream vacation home with us..... David and Zena

  Just returned from the most wonderful vacation in years. We stayed in the most convenient local. It was close to eating, shopping, beaches. This condo was immaculate in very way. The owners had everything you needed for a vacation an more. The pictures were exactly the same as the advertisement showed. It was so clean an perfectly maintained. The owner left us a book which was very helpful with restaurants, places to go, an the beaches they thought we would enjoy. They were correct in very thing they chose. I would recommend this property to anyone. We can not wait to go again. What a beautiful place an the perfect location to everything.

  This was our first time to Maui and Angie made us feel right at home, answering our questions and helping us get familiar with Maui before we even got there. Angie's condo is so clean, beautifully decorated and maintained and the kitchen is very well equipped. We loved that the condo was so full of natural light, and we loved waking up every morning to have our coffee on the lanai listening to the beautiful sounds of the birds, and taking in the view of the ocean and grounds. We were a little apprehensive about not renting a car, but we were glad we didn't. Everything we needed was within walking distance, shopping, restaurants, groceries and thebeaches. We got around with the bus just fine when we wanted to venture out further. We were surprised at just how efficient the bus system is in Maui...and it only cost $1 each way. This was a perfect vacation for us. We can't wait to go back again! Thanks so much Angie!

  My husband and I have been returning to Maui for 7 years now and this was our 6th time staying in 2302. We were married in Maui 7 years ago, I have seen many suites at the Vista and this is our favorite. Since Angie purchased the unit last year I have nothing but rave reviews. As soon as you walk the place smells so clean and is spotless. The furniture is brand new and very comfortable, the patio furniture is perfect for dinner and games not to mention there are another 2 chairs and small table for company. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and more! and the new blender is on my list of kitchen appliances to buy. The bed has a new foamy which makes it even more comfortable than it was. The beach chairs and umbrella are a huge asset! not to mention very comfortable and saves you from having to rent them. This place feels like home to us and I would highly recommend staying here. Angie has a welcome binder that has all the secrets of where to dine, shop for groceries(which can save you lots of money) and activities to do. If you are lucky enough to stay here you will not be disappointed.

  If your planning a trip to Maui Kihei area look no further,everything you'll need is right here. Frank and Angie's condo is central to many beaches,markets,a grocery store, ABC store,shopping,bike rentals,restaurants,pubs,and Snorkel Bob's if you would like to rent snorkel gear or a awake board. If you pick up any groceries at Foodland make sure you give them your phone number for a discount. Leaving the property if you walk straight ahead you'll walk right into Charley Young Beach,it's just amazing. Not one rock in the water, only sand:) The condo is equip with beach chairs,cooler,beach mats,and a umbrella. The bed is EXTRA comfortable,every night was very quiet.All cooking tools you'll need are there,along with a fridge that makes ice:)love that. Every single thing was perfect,we thank you Angie and Frank for sharing your paradise with us.

  We just wanted to thank Angie & Frank for letting us stay at their wonderful condo. We were absolutely pleased with the whole package and would definitely keep this place in our minds for the next time we visit Maui. I would like to say the place was very nicely furnished and clean. The location is great for getting around Kihei and Wailea. The pool and bbq pits were close and very convenient. We're so glad we chose to stay here instead of a major hotel with less accommodations. Thanks again for making our vacation a great time to be remembered. Aloha!

  Dear Frank&Angie, Thank you for letting us be your first guests at Maui Vista. We had such a wonderful time here and felt right at home. Your condo is SUPER clean, modern and tastefully furnished/equipped! We really appreciated the info booklet you put together with your tips as well as the beach towels, chairs & umbrella, cooler bags… AND new Cuisinart blender! The location of Maui Vista was also great! (Right in the heart of Kihei and across the street from Charley Young Beach.) We had the opportunity to visit two other Maui Vista condos our family rented in building 1 (small view but loud street noises and not renovated) and building 3 (quiet but not newly renovated) and were VERY happy we picked your unit for our month long stay!!! Your granite kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, modern couch & chairs and rainbath shower were just a few of our favourite luxuries. Since your unit was on an upper floor we enjoyed the safety / privacy of leaving the lanai door open. And, with the concrete building structure, we did not hear noises from units above or below us nor did we see / hear anyone in the only unit directly across. The only negative to building 2 that we could think of is the slight incline as you walk from the parking lot to the elevator when transporting luggage or supplies, however, this was not an issue for us. Thanks for the excellent communication from the moment we contacted you, to confirming we were able to get into the condo as well as when we needed to reach you during our stay. It has been a pleasure interacting with you and we hope to continue our relationship for years to come. We would definitely stay here again and will be sure to recommend your unit to our friends & family!
