Beach Treat! is located on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. We are a short (200 yards) stroll to one of the most magnificent beaches in the United States. The emerald Gulf waters are in view from your private deck!

This spacious townhouse has over 1400 square feet of modern (1998) features and amenities. Our townhouse is over twice as large as a Gulf Place one-bedroom unit and over 300 square feet larger than a two-bedroom unit, and many moms appreciate not having all the commercial traffic.

Gulf Place shops and restaurants are only one-quarter mile away.
If you are interested in golf, the Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club is only a mile away.
