The Point of View is a beautiful villa located on Reading Bay on the north side of the island. This was the home of the Envoy to the Queen in the 1950's. 'Google Earth' will show you EXACTLY where we are. Start above the airport, cross the bay, over the port and continue across Reading Bay to the center pool and that is us!
The upstairs suite is furnished with a king size water bed as well as a side, twin bed. A newly renovated washroom sink and corner shower with body jets, The livingroom set and table made of ratan opens out onto a 40x20' deck with lawn chairs. There is even a kitchenet for self-sufficient guests. Downstairs facing the ocean are 3 more rooms, one with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. This suite has a self contained washroom, renovated glass sink and corner shower /TV. The other main floor suite has two twin beds, full ensuite that can be shared with the remaining main floor suite. The library room has a queen size bed and a twin bed, this suite is located off the main living room, shares the main floor middle suite washroom and has the living room tv for viewing. Full patio access and ocean view.
All three rooms open directly onto a large covered patio with oceanside pool just beyond. The main floor of the house includes a formal dining area with huge skylight and adjacent kitchen, a living room with tv and sterio...with an unobstructed view of the ocean.
Chef services and transportation for shopping excursions can be arranged by request. Arrangements can be made for pick up and return to the airport by our driver who is also available for day trips on request. The menu is up to your own personal taste and a chef can be called to cater and shop for you and you can enjoy all this in beautiful and secure surroundings...your private home on the ocean.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
The villa is a private home although it can sleep 8 it is dificult for it to
shower 8 with our new solar water heater, unless they are
being conservative. The villa is ideal for two and crowded
at 8 guests. $2000.00 US per couple, and $400.00 US per additional
guest. Arrangements for Chef and cooking are separate costs. Shopping
at MegaMart 3 mi from villa. Transportation can be organized The on site
tenant Junior Coley can be very helpful he oversees the groundkeeper
Blue the Maid and Chef if necessary
