Located in the deed community of Terres Basses (Low Lands), L’Agora is a modern and spacious villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This brand new villa was tastefully designed by our architects to offer a calm and unique environment. The villa is nestled on the hillside of the French territory in a secluded area, surrounded by trees and bushes in order to provide complete privacy.
This incredible villa has a spectacular terrace with a full sized pool and several lounge chairs. For warmer days, there is a covered gazebo, perfect for relaxing or sipping on a refreshing cocktail. The outdoor living space also includes a BBQ grill to prepare delicious meals.
The interior offers a huge and beautiful living room, kitchen and covered dining room. Designed for space and privacy, you will love the roman and modern style of L’Agora. As usual, the living room features a wide-screen TV, DVD player, satellite and a large collection of movies for entertainement. Wi-Fi internet access is provided at no extra cost. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 full size refrigerators, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. L’Agora includes four air-conditioned bedrooms; all of them featured with a king size bed, a private bathroom, a TV and a DVD player. The villa is perfect for three or four couples, two couples with children or a big family. Everyone will enjoy their own privacy in this spacious villa.
