  We spent the week here during President's week and can't say enough about this place. The scenery from this condo can't be beat, with views of the harbor and the ocean, and yachts going by constantly. The pictures don't do it justice. You could just sit outside on the deck all day and feel any stress leave your body. The condo itself appears brand new, super clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and the condo is very spacious. There's a great gym and rooftop pool both with the same mind-boggling views, and the beach and a much bigger pool is less than 5 minutes walk away. We travelled all over the island and felt safe everywhere we went. The food was fantastic from the basic shack-type local restaurants to the high end places. The owners left instructions on things to do, where to go and eat which was very helpful, including a contact person who was very helpful in guiding us. We also took a day trip to Anguilla which was well worth it, but remember to bring your passport! We have already recommended this place to friends and hope to get back to it in the near future.

  Condo is new with a wonderful layout and all the required amenities for a luxury vacation. Also its very clean. Condo sports excellent views of sunsets and passing yacts during the day. We love the location and we have already recommended it to our friends. We were they last August and will go again this year too.

  An AMAZING property. This place IS the "dream vacation" we all wish to experience at least once in our lives! One is transported to a place of absolute luxury, calmness, and relaxation the moment one opens the front door. The panoramic view is breathtaking. The amenities are first class. Very private. Even though the pictures of the property are fabulous, experiencing the place in real life is priceless. Dawn Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away from the property and the water is oh so warm. The children were able to snorkel right there as well. All entertainment is self contained. Absolutely the best vacation ever. LOVE this place and can't wait to go back!

  My huband and I stayed at this property Thanksgiving 2010, for a week and had a wonderful time. The property is up to date and is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for a gourmet cook. The weather was sunny and beautiful and we sat outsided on the wrap around deck most of the time sipping our wine and watching the boats go by. Dawn Beach is a few steps away and we went for regular walks on the beach. If you are into gourmet food and good wine St. Maarten is the place for you. The owners have recommendations for some amazing restaurants and wine bars. We would definitely go back for the sun, sand and relaxation!

  We had an awesome time at this property. When you visit don't forget to take a boat ride to Pinal Island for the day. Also worth spending a day with Captain Alain on his boat visiting the neighboring islands. The property by it self has a lot to offer. My favorite was watching the boats go by since this property is very close to the bay. The bedroom walls open out to give you a breath taking view. This is walking distance to Dawn beach and Orient Beach is a short drive. Mr. Busby's is a nice rustic restaurant on dawn beach. Good food and great service.
