Location: Harbor Island is a beautiful private beach Island located just 15 miles from historic downtown Beaufort. It has almost three miles of unspoiled, uncrowded white, sandy beaches. It's a gated community with a 24 hour guard at the security gate.
Accommodation:
Completely renovated by an architect and artist with luxurious new furnishings. Two-story Condominium with two bedrooms. Sleeps four to six. Main bedroom has the morning sun and looks over the ocean. It has a queen bed, private bathroom, and TV. Guest bedroom has twin beds, bathroom, and TV/VCR. Living room and dining room area with deck looking out to the beach has a queen-size leather sleeper sofa, love seat, chair, TV, dining table, and chairs.
Kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, blender, washer and dryer, cooking and eating utensils. Linens and bath towels provided. Local phone, Air conditioning, Cable TV with VCR, DVD, CD player, and stereo.
DSL INTERNET CONNECTION.
Beach Club of the Island: Has an Olympic-size pool, and three other pools, fitness center with aerobic and weight training equipment, and clay tennis courts to which you will have full access.
Activities:
Swimming, wildlife viewing, hiking. In the vicinity there is diving, boating, sailing, nature walks at Hunting Island State Park, Historic Tours of old Beaufort, Cinemas, restaurants, shopping, museums, golf practice and miniature golf, three miles to Fripp Island golf courses, many other golf courses in the area.
