OUR ' JUBILEE ' CONDO !
Jubilee is a 3 bed 2 bath condo features nearly 1400sqft of living space and is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your vacation. Fully air conditioned and furnished to an individual style by the owners. Towels and linens are provided; you will only need to bring your beach towel!
The large open living area has a sofa and loveseat, a minimum 29” TV, and DVD player. The dining area features a 6 seater table and adjoins the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped to enable full family dining. A large fridge and freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher, and of course all the pots, pans, cutlery and dinner service for 8 people. A full size washer and dryer is in our unit!
The large master bedroom has a King size bed and has an ensuite shower room and walk in closet. The second bedroom will has a 2 twin size beds (walk in closet also), and there are two twins in the third bedroom (plus a large closet).
Our condo is an unbelievable value and once you have stayed with us, staying in a hotel will never be comparable!
Laguna Bay is located a few short miles from the entrance gates of the happiest place on earth and other Orlando attractions, and just minutes from the action-packed Highway 192, with designer outlet malls and restaurants that cater to every taste. The Osceola Parkway is very convenient to the villas and offers fast, traffic-free access to Disney and the airport.
It’s a great place to stay to enjoy the resort and Florida weather or to stop and refuel from a long day of sightseeing and parks.
This is a resort setting that will become your home away from home in Orlando. Onsite accommodations include an outdoor swimming pool, game room, tennis court, club house/fitness center and playground, Laguna Bay has something for every member of the family. Located just 10 minutes to Disney property, you will struggle to find anywhere closer with such great facilities at this price!

OMG!! From the moment we walked into the condo we felt like we were home. The landlord was easy to deal with prior to our arrival then we walked into a neat and clean condo with great amenities. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away and this was the best vacation EVER!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I decided to change things up this year and rented a condo instead of a hotel. Best travel decision we've ever made. We were amazed at how pristine the condo was upon arrival (even better than the pictures!), and it was such a nice change to have SPACE for once, instead of trying to cram everyone/everything into a little hotel room. On top of that, the condo was minutes away from everything we wanted to enjoy on our vacation. The whole process was extremely easy and relaxing, from making the reservation (the owners are great!), getting to the condo, to enjoying everything it had to offer. With the exception of the pictures of our kids and my yoga mat, this place made us feel right at home on vacation. Would absolutely recommend to any and all vacationers.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time, everything was clean, nice and safe and dealing with the owner was 100% professional and easy. Laguna Bay was the perfect place to stay and the prices are so reasonable that we are going to come back and visit every year!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Highly reccommended!! My family and I went for the holidays this past year and loved it! Very convenient to everything and much better than staying at a hotel. Our family had a wonderful time on our recent stay. The location was perfect for us. About the owner: HI ! We are MICK and JOANNE DiSanta and we have owned our condo since it was Brand New. We are from the Philadelphia area and we enjoy central Florida and the Disney area parks just as much as you do. In the work-a-day world I own and operate an Auto Repair Center. I have been in the automotive industry since my tour in Vietnam as a Marine, and Joanne is a counselor at a Philadelphia High School. We both thank you for considering our condo. ENJOY !

Unlike most of the other condos in the area, our condo is PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED. The Rental Manager has her office within walking distance of the condo. There is always someone around to handle any issues that may arise. A real valuable service when you are so far away from home. Discount park tickets ? No problem ! Rental Cars, Groceries, directions etc. Toilet clogged in the middle of the night ? Call the Local Rental Manager and not some landlord sleeping thousands of miles away . You are our GUEST not a client !
