Sunny (S/W facing), spacious, antique filled home. Private and peaceful, no vis a vis. Lovingly renovated in 2010, the villa balances Provencal charm with all the modern amenities.

Tower: Double bed with en-suite shower, toilet and private terrace. Garden level: 3 bedrooms: one double, one dortoire with three beds (one bunk) and one attached room with twin beds. All rooms have individual air-conditioning and heating.
Bathrooms: (6) six toilets, two en suite bathrooms, three with bath, two with shower, master with both. One guest toilet with sink. Connected to municipal sewer system.
Kitchens: (2) large, fully equipped kitchens, each with living areas, one with fireplace and high ceilings. Main floor: Open style, tons of natural light. Granite counter tops. Large oven, five gas burners (Falcon Professional+FX). Island seats 5: sink and silent dishwasher (De Dietrich). Large Siemens fridge. Microwave. Ample storage space. Another large sink is in front of windows offering a 180 degree view onto the garden and pool area. Garden level: bright kitchen (exercise room) opens up onto a covered terrace and a walled patio. Multiple living spaces (5): Main floor: Triple living room- kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV room (or dining room) and office: together over 80m2, open concept, with stunning views and sunsets. Big bay windows open up fully to give an indoor/outdoor experience from the living room onto the terrace. Garden level: large playroom with fireplace (pull-out couch). kitchen/living area has a pull out couch and opens up onto a covered terrace and a walled patio.
Security: Fully gated property, automatic video phone gate. Entire house is secured by alarm system with tele-surveillance.

Beautiful, comfortable and stylish property
Superb home! As the photos show, this is a beautiful home, with gorgeous grounds, and a huge pool. It's perfect for one or more vacationing families. The property is very well-maintained, and the gracious owners take great care to outfit the home with everything you'd need. Inside, the home is upscale yet intimate -- it has a highly functional kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a very comfortable living room with a long balcony that offers a terrific view of the valley. Eguilles, a charming neighboring village of Aix-en-Provence, is an easy short walk away and offers convenience and great charm. The nearby SET club offers day and week passes for visitors and is a complete sports, tennis and swim club -- highly recommended. This home is a great base for your Provence adventures -- it is private, spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for one or two families gathering together. Rent this home -- a luxurious holiday awaits!

YET we want to be able to get to conveniences easily and quickly. By bike or foot when possible.This house is ideally secluded and private, yet neighbors are close beside. No noise from the street, nor from the neighbors. Sound of owls at night. No homes visible from the property. We are right at the heart of where you want to be in Aix. Easy drives to schools, kids activities, restaurants, catch trains and airplanes.
