  My two friends and I loved the wonderful relaxing stay we had at Lake Martin this past weekend. The view is simply breath taking and the condo is top knotch. If you want or need a quite getaway this is the place to go. You can still watch football if you want. Granit counter tops, complete with all the dishes and cookware anyone would want or need. We kicked back and watched a couple movies. Like I said this condo has it all even a DVD player. We ate at the great seafood place Oscars about three miles away. We plan to visit this condo again really soon. Thanks for allowing us to stay. Tammy.

  Your condo is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The location is so convenient! We love to eat at Oskar's, Niffers and Chuck's marina. Having wi-fi was a bonus for sure but being pet friendly was biggest benefit for us.

  Where do I start? It was just a wonderful experience. The condo is beautiful - Decorated nicely from the pictures to the counter tops, great appliances, nice furniture, comfy beds. Enough room for everyone! The view was perfect off of the balcony. Over looks the boat docks. In the morning you can sit outside and drink your coffee. At night the ramp lights come on for such a romantic view. Beach area is close by. We rented a boat for two days and went tubing. My 3 yr old son jumped off Chimney Rock! Took a short ride to Auburn and went bowling one day to take a break from the sun. Dadeville is just a few miles down the road and we found a doctor and a grocery store. The entire trip was such a great time had by the entire family. Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation. We will be back very soon!

  This is unit has fresh furnishings and is clean. Which is always a concern for my family. The Owners were easy to deal with and almost everything was as shown or better. The exterior of the complex needs a little more up keep small areas here and their but not so bad that wouldn't keep us from going back. Mainly my issue was we were bringing a boat and Owners knew this, but need to advise people up front that you really have no place to keep a boat trailer on site. Signs all over the place no boat trailers. The Marina next door won't even allow it's regular users to stow a boat trailer. So be prepared if thats you gig. Unless the owners make solid options for parking a boat trailer we won't be back because of this issue. However to be fair their is a very nice Basic Boat launch called Union Boat launch 5 mins by boat to the complex 20 mins by Vechicle & trailer, small dock and ramp nice parking area nothing else and if your prepared to leave your Vechicle and trailer in this unsecured rather rural area I would say use it. It should have enough parking spots for the most popular times of the season.

We appreciate the Union Boat Ramp information you posted for future guests. We'll make sure and notify our future renters of the lack of boat trailer parking at our condo and provide them with directions to the Union Boat Ramp.

  I stayed at this condo this weekend as part of a girls weekend away. The views are fantastic, there are floor to ceiling windows that overlook the lake and marina. There is a nice pool to relax at down by the water. The condo itself has great attential to detail and made me feel right at home. The kitchen is beautiful and a great place to entertain friends and family. The location couldn't be better and there is a place to park your boat. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to stay on the water at Lake Martin.

  My daughter and I stayed in this condo for a relaxing weekend getaway. We enjoyed the location and had a great time just relaxing in the condo and around the pool. The decor is beautiful and the condo had everything we needed from a well equiped kitchen to all the conveniences of home. We will be back!

  Great Location with wonderful Sun-Set View over Lake Maritn. Perfect kitchen area with great appliances if you like to cook -in or just warm your left overs from Oskars which we did. My wife enjoyed the Spa Tub in the master bath but I will take the large walk-in shower myself. Being an outdoor guy I especially loved to watch the deer which run free around StillWaters most any time of the day because it is a gated community. Last but not least our Labs loved the walk around the lake and the view from the deck off the living room. My wife and I look forward to going back to Lake Martin and to our time at this property.
