  Long time family friends from AL came to visit us in the valley in July...what else do you do but head north! Total of 7 of us...4 parents 3 "children" ages 16-20. We all loved it. Besides very comfortable accomodations, we rented a rhino one day & explored the trails. Perfect for our group composition. Some cycled, some walked, some fished.... Lots of time on the porch. Perfect place & temps to unwind and just enjoy being together. We ate in but didn't do much cooking from scratch but certainly could have; very well equiped kitchen. As mentioned by others, Stacy is very easy to work with, no surprises. FYI- when trying to log on wi-fi, if asked for pass code, you can find on the bottom of the modem on the counter in the kitchen. We love Munds & until it's time to purchase here we'll be back to this lovely property again!

  My mom, my sisters and I have just returned from our yearly retreat, which was spent this year at your fabulous cabin in Munds Park. As we walked in the front door, and explored the great room and kitchen, leading to the different levels with bedrooms and bathrooms, we knew we had made an excellent choice for our getaway. This cabin is special for the following reasons: a luxurious decor with designer touches, great views with a wrap-around deck, a kitchen stocked with many cooking tools, three bathrooms!, and different levels for privacy. I ended up staying in the downstairs bedroom, and I felt like I had my own apartment with a small balcony. The cabin was clean and well maintained, and is large enough for a large family or group. The location in Munds Park is easy to find, and is about 20 minutes from Flagstaff. One day we even made two trips going back and forth, and it was an easy drive. Stacy was very helpful, and answered all my questions in detail. I would definitely recommend this cabin to people of all ages, it was an extraordinary find!

  I just wanted to thank the home owner who always was accessible with information.. We had an amazing Christmas Vacation and the cabin could not be any better. Truly the pictures do not compare to actually being at this amazing cabin. We enjoyed that full kitchen and really put it to use. Looking forward to returning next year and spending magical moments with my family and children.

  Four of us recently spent a few days relaxing at your wonderful home in Munds Park. What a lovely place to be - the setting was incredible and the home was just as as nice as it looked in the photos! The beds were amazing and so comfy! We really enjoyed all the personal touches that you have in the house - it was just like staying in a comfortable home and not a run of the mill hotel. Everything that we needed was available and it was so convenient to be able to have such easy access to Sedona and Flagstaf. The Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaf was an amazing excursion - could not have been a more perfect day for us. The Pink Jeep tour in Sedona at sundown was a highlight of the trip. But we especially loved sitting outside by the fire at night and gazing at the star filled night sky ...thanks so much for sharing your mountain retreat with us! Oh! And thank you for putting up with all the emails from me and being so responsive!

  I have been booking with VRBO for a couple years and I have never been as pleased with a property as much as I was with this one. This is much more than what one would call a cabin. The house was perfect and had everything and more to offer. The first floor has a private suite with its own bathroom and nice covered balcony. Our guests said the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were top notch. All beds had down duvets... There was nothing cheap in this place. Second floor had a huge family room. There was seating for very large groups. There is a stone fireplace in this room. The kitchen has granite countertops, nice appliances, small appliances and every utensil one could image. I loved the plates so much I had to contact Stacy, the owner, asking where I might find them and she directed me so now I have a set of my own. There is a bay window with dining table with a remote skylight. Also there was seating for 4 at the bar. There is a play area for children. There are two bedrooms on main level. Our guests said the beds were very comfortable with very nice bedding and pillows. Neither had one detail forgotten. The bathroom has a vessel copper sink. The 3rd level was the master suite....... This is where I stayed. I have to say this was an incredible space. There were views in every direction. The bed is very tall and inviting to the point I never wanted to get out! There was a balcony as well which was a cozy place for reading. There is a huge freestanding soaking tub. I have never seen one like this, very cool. There was a remote skylight above the tub which closed by itself when rain started!! The sinks and vanity in this room are a piece of art. I can go on and on... If you like timeless detail this is your place. You will not find any junk here. There was a huge deck on the main level where we entertained our party of 14. There were 2 outdoor sofas, loungers, dining table, gas bbq and more. There is also a section that is covered which came in handy when we had a rain storm one afternoon. We sat outside and enjoyed the storm. Plenty of parking. This place provided myself and all our guests the best time and memories. I must say a big thank you to Stacy for helping make our trip special. She provided us with the best restaurants and entertainment to enjoy. You house is truly a gem. Thank you for sharing with us... We will be back in the spring!!

  My huge family and I rented this property last week and it was GORGEOUS! An absolute model home doesn't give it justice. The place was upgraded with taste and made you feel like you were staying in an architectural digest magazine. Don't get me wrong... just because it looks good didn't mean it wasn't livable. It was extremely comfy and cozy at the same time. Everything worked together to make the place look and feel like you were right at home. We watched the night sky, tree tops, thunderstorms, sunset, and deers meandering in the woods all form the spacious balcony. It was also great place to pour a cup of coffee, sit, think, laugh and enjoy the view. The lake is a few strides away and was nice to fish from. The great room was pefect for our family to retreat in. There was so much room for the kids to play, even with the tons of seating available for us to relax in. We had three small kids who loved the toys, DVD's, and were right at home. The house was equiped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including BBQ, outside dining, etc. The house was centrally located to Sedona and Grand Canyon, which made it nice too. Stacy, thank you for housing our family and allowing us to make lifelong memories while we stayed in Munds Park. Your hospitality was awesome! We definately will not hesistate to look you up again upon our return!

  Munds Park was an excellent choice. I rented this property last week and I must say it was like a model home. Each room had it's own character and was tastefully decorated. The beds were incredible comfortable. The master bedroom / bathroom is a work of art with the most unique details I have ever seen. It also has it's own private balcony and fireplace. Main level bedrooms were extremely comfortable for our guests and were beautifully decorated. 1st level has another master suite and it's own private bathroom and private balcony. All bedrooms are sitting area for reading. Kitchen was packed with everything, even high end steak knives which came in handy for dinner. Large granite island, has to be 11' or more with seating for four. There is a bay window with a built-in nook. There was plates, bowls, coffee mugs, flateware, wine glasses, etc to host a large party of 15 or more. It was a relief not having to worry about all these details that have been forgotten in other places I have stayed. Family room is large and had plenty of seating for 8 and also bean bag chairs for the kids. There is also a kids play area with many things that kept our kids busy. Gorgeous views from each room but this room made us feel we were in the trees. There is also a stone fireplace. Huge outdoor deck with 2 sofas and dining table. There is a gas grill. We spent much of our time enjoying the weather and the clear nights. There was plenty of parking. I will certainly be a repeat customer and Stacy was amazing to deal with. There was not one thing she left out. Thank you kindly for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We just returned from Fathers Day weekend and have to say we had the best time!! What a beautiful home. The Master bedroom is the open upstairs loft. The bed is so comfortable with very nice linens. The 2 bedrooms on the main level are decorated so pretty that the pictures do not do it justice. The living room even has toys for the youngsters to play with and the deck is safe with a gate that the kids can play on without worrying they will go down the outside steps. The living room also had plenty of seating for all of us. Downstairs is another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. It was just perfect for our family. I will surely return to this home and recommend others as well. Thanks Stacy for your personal touches to make us feel welcome.
