  This was my first experience renting from VRBO and also visiting this area of FL...two thumbs up!!! This condo was great, very spacious and even nicer (I think) than the pictures could even really show. It's in great condition, was very clean and again - lots of space. The location is great and you can WALK everywhere! We used our car to get groceries and that was it. We walked to the beach, walked to the bigger pool, and enjoyed the pool just below our balcony. The condo had a wine opener, toaster, all the dishes you could need, and even handy beach chairs to borrow! Kari was really great to communicate with - always responsive and easy to deal with regarding the details of our trip - very friendly, which I liked. I had my infant daughter and my sister had her todder son with us so it's a kid-friendly space as well. In the area we loved Bentley's for seafood, the nearby Mexican spot was delish, and The Sunshine Kitchen Cafe over in Rosemary was also really great. It's a super convenient locaion, a wonderful property and we will be back!

  Just recently stayed at this condo and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Rosemary Beach area on Hwy 30A. The listing was very accurate, property was clean and well maintained. There were a couple very small issues (no wine opener and broken blender) but the property manager replaced them quickly. The owner, Kari, was a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to go again next year (as she promised)!

  We loved our stay in this condo. It was within walking distance to the beach, town, restaurants and shopping! The condo was spacious, and had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone...along with a trip to La Crema for the chocolate chip cookies...perfect stay!!

  This is our family's 5th summer spending a week in this area; and once again we loved every minute of our vacation!! You can't beat the beautiful water, clean soft sand, sunny sky and ocean breeze. The community is quaint and friendly. Not crowded and "touristy". The condo accommodated a group of 10 people quite comfortably!! Very clean and open floor plan. Great for larger families or families vacationing together. The owner, Kari, was so pleasant to work with - and the management (on site) was quick to respond when needed. The photos represent the condo perfectly. The smaller pool was so convenient just below our unit. We cooked every dinner in the condo and the kitchen provided every utensil we needed. The friends that stayed with us could hardly believe how wonderful the condo was and the beautiful location. Hope to return soon.

  Wow! What a nice and clean place to stay, we wanted to move in and never leave. Loved how close it was to everything, pool, beach, places to eat. We will be back soon!

  Thanks for the great experience and for such a nice place to stay. Really enjoyed the accomodations and it fit the bill just perfectly. First time to the 30A area and we will be back for sure. Kids loved the beach, of course, and it was so nice to have everything within walking distance. A great place with great location and great pool to wind down in too. We'll be back for sure.

  This condo is within a stones throw of Rosemary Beach but the prices are much better. We have friends that have a condo in Rosemary so we vacation there a lot but I will stay in this condo which is next door to Rosemary from now on! All the furnishings are new and the condo has 4 brand new flat screen TV's. Nice balcony that overlooks the pool. Conveniently located to La Cocina Restaurant and a lot of other great Seacrest/Rosemary restaurants. The Village of South Walton offers a beach shuttle that we saw many using but the walk to the beach was so short that we never used it. The condo sleeps 8-9 easily. Overall excellent condo in a great location at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

  We chose this condo for a last minute trip with friends! It slept all 8 of us very comfortably and you can't beat the convience to everything! We walked everywhere...to the lovely beach, restaurants (highly recommend Cocina's fish tacos and margaritas),and the gorgeous community pool. If you do decide to drive anywhere, this condo location is VERY convienent to "lots to do" Pier Park or the quaint community of Seaside. The condo itself was wonderful! Everything we needed from kitchenware to linens was provided...and immaculately clean. We LOVED the small details like the shampoos and soaps that were provided in the bathrooms too. The master bedroom and bath were very spacious and the jacuzzi tub in the master was an added bonus after all the walking with 4 kids!! Our friends that went with us loved the condo and suggested we return next year,,, Will definely be back!!!!

  This Condo was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! Everything was brand new! It was also very spacious and had every accomodation we needed. It was so nice being a short walk, or bike ride away form the quaint town of Rosemary Beach where we could shop and eat at so many different restaurants. This Condo also has shops and restaurants right in the comlpex. The shuttle took us back and forth to the beach every day, and it was so convenient. We were very comfortable and relaxed in this wonderful Condo, and plan to go back next year!

  Our family stayed at your condo June 18-25 and absolutely loved it. It was beautiful, spacious, and overlooked the pool. We thought we would visit the resort pool often, but ended up at the pool below the unit most days because it was so convenient and was generally not crowded. The short walk to the beach or resort pool was relaxing and no trouble at all, and the shuttle ran every 20 minutes or so if we preferred to catch a ride. The shuttle pick-up was very close to the pool below the condo, so everything was very accessible. We loved all the little shops all around the area that we could just walk to for a snack or to pick up a grocery item that ran low during the week. The beach was beautiful and had a convenient shower to rinse off sand afterwards. Everything was exactly as the owner had presented it. Thanks for a great week!
