  It is always wonderful to walk into your rental and everything be exactly as described or more! This place was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and spectacular views. I would highly recommend this rental.

  This place was great. The views and location are perfect. You can relax on the deck with views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit was very nicely furnished and relaxing.

  Family and I stayed here over the 4th of July and loved it. Excellent views of all the fireworks from downtown Pensacola to Pensacola Beach. Outstanding in all regards, really the best unit we have stayed in out of five trips to stay in Tristan Towers. The owner even went out of his way to help us locate a piece of lugage we left. You can't go wrong staying here, we will definately stay here again on future trips!

  Enjoyed several trips for fishing and rec from the Carolinas to Mobile. Looking for an ideal place. On this trip we have found it! Super nice condo and easy access to everything we wanted! Next time we will bring the boat as well, The Bay is so nice and all the inshore fishing anyone can want! We will be back! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! B & Y :)

  We spent three days including Christmas of 2011, we really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was great, it had incredible views of the sound and the gulf from balconies facing two directions, six stories up was the perfect height. The unit was clean and well maintained. It's furniture and decor were exceptional, just as pictured on the website. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I'm glad to have meet him. Would recommend it anyone. Just outside the front door was a trash shoot, very convenient, I'll have to get one for my house.

  We stayed at the Tristan Towers last summer in a different unit. This one is updated with attractive and comfortable furniture, good views from the 6th floor (facing mostly to the sound and the bridge), plenty of dishes, and amenities like hand soap, travel size shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher detergent, etc). The bathtubs have been reconditioned and the sliding doors removed so very clean. Both bathrooms have double showerheads which make for a very nice shower experience. The owners told us that they are planning even more updates like new bathroom countertops and kitchen appliances which will make this condo even nicer. Ceiling fans would be a nice addition as well. The location is excellent - easy walk to the gulf across the street, 5 minutes to Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant, and the beach trolley comes right be the entrance. There is also a nice dock and beach area on the sound which is great fir young children. Highly recommend this property and will stay there again!!

We installed a new Moen Sink faucet today, and hopefully by peak season we will have found appliances we like as well as new custom vanities in both bathrooms. We are already one of the nicest units in Tristan and we are always looking to improve the unit. Come and see...

  The views from this condo are fantastic as you can see both the Gulf and the sound. The condo is nicely furnished with bright colors in all rooms giving an added dimension to the "beach" experience. The kitchen has many pots and pans along with dishes so you can eat in or out!! The chairs and tables on the balcony make drinking coffee in the early morning a wonderful way to wake up. It was too cool for us to have a drink at night, but that would be a perfect way to watch the sunset in the warmer weather. This is a great place to enjoy Pensacola Beach and all that it offers.

  We stayed for 6 nights in October and found great weather and an even better place to stay. The condo was everything and more that you could ask for. We loved the new deck furniture. Even in October we were able to enjoy the beach and even a couple of us jumped into the pool. We found time to parasail and shop. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it was perfect.

  We spent three nights in this incredible property and enjoyed every minute. The property has everything you may need and more, the location is excellent and the views are picture perfect. The owners are very careful and very nice. No doubt this is the first choice when we book our beach vacations again.
