This is a superb villa within the tranquil and highly regarded Sugarmill Woods gated community, 1 hour drive from Tampa Airport and 2 hours drive from Orlando. It has everything you need for a luxurious holiday - from a large heated pool to fresh bed linen and bath towels. The villa and its pool and lawns are kept in immaculate condition throughout the year.
Sugarmill Woods is a long established residential community set amidst conservation woodland on 'Florida's Nature Coast'. It boasts three golf courses, two club houses, tennis courts, gyms, spas, banks, hairdressers and it has its own security personnel. Walmart, Publix and all the other major retail outlets are just outside the community, and nearby there's every kind of restaurant you could wish for.
The Florida National Manatee Park is 5 minutes away. Within 25 minutes drive there are also safe sandy beaches, spring-fed rivers, dive sites, forests, lakes, nature trails, picnic and fishing areas, wildlife parks and museums. This is the real Florida - relaxed, friendly and beautiful; and when you want them - Disneyland, The Everglades, Cape Kennedy Space Centre and all the other exciting theme parks of Orlando and Tampa are only a drive away.

$1,995 per calendar month (plus 9% tax) or £1,295 per month
Use of electric pool heater $45 per week (plus 9% Tax)
Deposit (refundable) required of $500 US or £250.
Preferably no smoking indoors. Pets needed for medical reasons only are welcome.
Minimum 2 week rental.
