Very large living room and separate dining room. Kitchen is very well equipped. Large screened-in porch facing the lake, perfect for cocktail hour. Large dock, bring your own boat (public launch nearby). There is a canoe and 2 kayaks.
Walking distance to Theater at Monmouth. One hour north of Portland; Lewiston is half hour south; Augusta half hour north. You can drive to L.L. Bean and the factory outlets in Freeport in 45 minutes. One hour from the coast.
