Amazing water views so close you feel like you can touch them. You are actually closer to the water and its wonderful array of nature that you would be from a beach front condo. During the day there is a parade of boats going by for you to watch. At night you you see the twinkling lights of the island along the water and the Marco Jolley Bridge.
The condo has a screened lanai that brings the outdoor in and makes you feel like you are in the middle of a tropical wonderland. You can just picture yourself relaxing with a cool drink watching the world go by,
The condo has a wonderful warm cozy feeling The unit is very comfortably equipped with just about every thing you can think of and there are 2 TVs, one in the living room and a second in the master bedroom. The unit is also equipped with WI-FI so you can keep in touch with your friends and family without leaving the condo.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. However there also is a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with an extra thick mattress should you have other family members or guests.
Riverside is one of the few complexes with outdoor barbecue grills complete with a picnic area and under a shaded chickee hut. In addition to the swimming pool there is a hot whirlpool spa for soothing away all those aches and pains.
Our complex and condo provides the perfect base for just relaxing or taking part in all of the wonderful activities the island and its beaches provide.

The condo was clean & nicely furnished. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Snook Inn and other places nearby. Having vacationed on Marco every spring since 1996, we always find something new--this year it was the Sand Bar down the road. The grounds & pool were nicely kept. We would love to return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

we stayed at your lovely condo from april 21 til april 2012. we had a really great time.the condo was clean and comfortable and so close to stores and nice restaurants. the view from the patio was beautiful. we hope to return again and again. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Owner info
About the owner: We fell in love with Marco Island from the first time we stayed. We loved it so much that we are now snowbirds and are able to be there if a guest need us for 6 months of the year.
Why the Owner Chose Riverside Club:
We chose Riverside for it's wonderful water views. It has all of the amenities of the beach just without the sand. And the view are even better and you never tire of all there is to see from the lanai day or night.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love being able to barbecue. It is one of the few complexes that you can do this. It is just wonderful to have something cooked over the cools with the great flavor it brings.
