The North Fork Retreat is a fully renovated summer house on a dead end lane in the charming village of Orient The North Fork of Long Island's most easterly point, Orient is just a two hour drive from Manhattan and offers beautiful clear water, brilliant sunsets, vineyards, and a charming seaside village. Our house is just a short walk to the beach, fishing, swimming, farm stand, and a general store.
This Non-Smoking house was renovated in Spring 2003 and has been furnished with restored mid-century modern furniture. The grounds of the house allow you to enjoy the sun at all hours. A large yard out back is perfect for cookouts and sunbathing. A new deck and outdoor shower were added in Winter 2004.
The North Fork Retreat is steps away from some of the East End's best beaches. In addition to swimming and boating, you'll find great fish and shellfish throughout the spring, summer and fall. Movie theaters, shopping, and great restaurants can be found ten minutes away in the harbor town of Greenport.
